Hey folks, on 8th April I completed my medicals and today I received an receipt of my RPRF fee via email....my status still shows 'In Process' ....so please suggest when I could expect PPR / decision made???

Which mode you paid the FEE, from which email id you received the receipt email

I received an email from NDVO today to submit spouse PCC which I had not submitted along with my application. I believe they are very much working on Aug applications and we all should be in line to receive the PPR soon.

Hello Friends,

I am looking for some advise from numerous experts in this group.

I have recently been request for MR by CIC and I am supposed to respond back by May 15th. However, due to come personal constraints and availability of CIC panelist here in my city (in Canada) I am not able to meet this time line. In my best case scenario, I would be about a week late in submitting the results to CIC. Is this ok to submit the results with a week's delay or it will drastically impact my processing.

On a second question, I submitted the Police Clarification Certificate along with the application. Do I need to submit it again now.

On my third and last question, I selected New Delhi as visa office while submitting the application, but I made a move to Canada on company trasfer. Is this possible to send the passports for visa stamping to an office in Canada as I am staying here. If yes, please advise what's the process for same.

You could always send a mail to the VO mentioning the same appointment dates you have got. They would consider the same.
Mostly they won't ask you for PCC if you submitted along with application. Have u got the RPRF fee payment request also ?
You can always request for a VO change to the place where you are. I think it is done through CSE request.

Thank you for the reply. This is very helpful. Yes, I have received RPRF request as well. I will be submitting it before due date. Do I need to send the fee along with the medical or that can be submitted separetly before the medical results.

I have a quick question for you. I am planning to apply for federal skilled category. My wife is accompanying me to Canada and I am currently in Canada. Could you please tell me that can I use my Wife's bank account towards POF. She is not doing any job, she got that money from her father and she is not obligated to return that as it is from a father to a daughter? Please advice

You can have joint account and if they ask for explanation of funds you should be in a position to explain them

Can I show the account only in her name as she will be accompanying me? Actually m in Canada, therefore making that account as a joint is not possible

I have one question though. On the CORP it says: Category: SW1

I was under impression that my application was FSW2 as I applied with arranged offer of employment while working in Canada.
Do you know if SW1 means FSW1 i.e application through NOC in the 50 eligible occupation or SW1 might also means FSW2

SW1 on COPR means the following.
SW1-FED: Skilled Worker – Federal
