Hi All,
Hope people are getting their PRs. I had a question - My credit card was charged on 20th Feb and i have not yet received the PER email of any other notice from CIC. Can someone please let me know the average time that it takes to get the PER or any other communication from CIC once your credit card is charged.

Sir,

Got MR on 11-3-2015 , booked appointment for Medical on 24-3-2015 and the hospital will upload the results in 2 weeks i.e may be on 7-4-2015

NDVO says, It should receive all docs MR receipt, PCCs and RPRF fee receipt before 10-4-2015

if the hospital makes delay in uploading the results, what r the consequences. Does the hospital needs to upload the results before 10-4-2015 or what is the last date for the hospital to upload the results.

As the hospital I selected makes delay in uploading results, shall i go to another center (which uploads in 5 days)

Got 2nd line update just now.


We received your application for permanent residence on August 29, 2014.

We started processing your application on March 11, 2015.


Now waiting for MR. Can anyone please tell me the average time they take between 2nd line update and MR mail? Also does 2nd line means that the background check has been done?

Hi, I am new to this forum.. my timeline is as below :

Application filed : 18th Aug
Visa Office : NDVO
Per : 8th Dec
2nd line : 26th Feb
MR request : 18th March

My consultant have got the email for Medical request , RPRF and PCC in one email , but they did not received the medical forms. I talked to them and they told me that we should wait for 2 days before asking NDVO again. Pls suggest if this normal that I did not received the medical forms. I have to submit everything by 14th April.

Dear Friends,

I have a question. Would be grateful if someone can answer.

Can I send my Police Clearance Certificates to LVO before they ask for it or is it advisable to wait for their mail? What I mean is, I have not applied for my PCCs yet and I have to get it from 3 different countries. So should I apply them now and whenever I receive them can I send it across to LVO, because I guess the issue dates of the PCCs should not be older than three months at the time Visa Office receives it.

Having said so, I also don't want to waste much time waiting for a mail from LVO asking for PCCs since I don't know how much time it will take me to get all these PCCs.

So what I am planning is to apply them now and send it across to LVO. Because going by the current trend, I have no clue when I can expect MR/RPRF and PCC request from LVO. It may take couple of weeks or it might be more than couple of months. God alone knows.

My timelines are:
App Files: 28th August
Per: 14 Dec
NOC: 1123
VO: London

Please any suggestions? Thanks

1. Original Passport
2. Passport copies ( 4 copies)
3. Photos (4) – Is there any size requirements
4. Medical report form
5. Fee
6. Spectacles (if any)
7. Any previous medical history documents (if any)
8.

10.

Things to post to Visa office after Medicals are finished
1. Medical Receipt from hospital
2. Medical Acknowledgement / confirmation letter from hospital
3. PCC (if not sent with application)
4. RPRF online payment receipt, with data filled with pen / DD for RPRF fee

RPRF HAS BEEN PAID USING MY FRIENDS CREDIT CARD WHO IS RESIDING IN CANADA...
AS I FILLED HIS NAME IN CREDIT CARD DETAIL ...SO THE FINAL RECEIPT HAS HIS NAME PRINTED AND REMAINING COLUMNS ( LIKE D.O.B , U.C.I , ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER) ARE BLANK

SO I AM CONFUSED WHETHER TO PROVIDE MY DETAILS IN BLANK SPACES ON RECEIPT OR MY FRIEND,S DETAILS
