My application also reached CIO on Aug 27th, but NO PER so far.....

I don't know what's going on..... my NOC starts with a 0, and no PERs for my NOC since Aug 14th app. It was given on Dec 4th..... DO YOU GUYS THINK THAT MY NOC HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH MY PER DELAY???????

I'M OVER DESPERATE...... tryed to call CIC 4 times to get my UCI, but nothing.... they just say that they are not able to reach my application......

Good News for 2173. I have applied through Y-Axis for 2173 on August 27th 2014. I have got a news from them that August 16th sent application [Means, August 20th or so received] received PER last week. This is a DD one.

So, We still have hopes for 2173. Please wait some more days.

Also, I have inquired with multiple consultancies in Hyderabad and learnt that if your application is with CIC and not returned so far, YOU WILL BE IN GAME AND GET PER. The reason is simple CIC sent many applications back so far in 2173-ALL in NOVEMBER. This is just as per my knowledge again.

HOPE HOPE HOPE. 2173 August applicants will get PER soon.
