FSW 2014 application return back

hey guys, i have applied for FSW 2014 for NOC 2173 & my file was reached on Nov 12th. Since the cap has been reached for my NOC, i have been expecting my file back. I haven't received it till now. does anyone else here are yet to receive their file back?
 
I think you have the chances to get the AOR (file No) in that old system, one of my friend applied on Dec 30th 2014 and he got the file No on 5th Jan 2015, but i have applied 2014 Dec 6th and my application package has been refused by CIC and i got my application package on Feb 1st week, you did not get your application back, so i hope you will get the file No, don't worry
 
:o if that is true, i think i can skip all this nonsense waiting about EE. but is it usual not to get your application back and no application number even after 6 months?
 
I sent my envelope on 29th Oct 2014, received by Nova Scotia on 3rd Nov. Rejected due to cap full(NOC 2171) on 17th Feb 2015 and received the return envelope on 20th April 2015. They send the return envelope by post so it takes time. Whether your file has been accepted or not, you can check that by calling CIC using Hangout. Let me know if you need help in this regard.
 
I sent 2014 application on DEC 2014. I have not heard from them since then. No CC charge no letter. Nothing. Should I do anything?
 
i got back my docs back yesterday through post. it was shipped on 25th of feb this year and i got it back after 2 months!! :(

Did you know the shipment date before you received documents?
