FSW-2014, Application package not yet returned from CIO, CIC

Can any one tell me what should I do in this situation as CIO, CIC not yet returned my application package since from my application was received by them in Dec 09 2014, nor any response for them or PER or NER.

Will they return application package by registered post using Canada Post or else?

It seems like my application wasn't fall in specified cap which was reached in Oct 2014 for NOC "4011 University professors and lecturers"

Moreover, my application package contains very crucial original documents viz. Demand Draft in foreign currency i.e. CAD $ 1100, Proof of English language proficiency i.e. IELTS Test Report Form, Education Credential Assessment Equivalency Report from one of CIC designated agency to assess foreign education credentials for Canadian education equivalency.

Additionally, I visited all corresponding India Post Office which belongs to my postal address i.e. PIN Code – 390009. However, from every India Post office I got same response that they've not received such application package which you're enquiring for.

Please help me out to find any way to OUT!!!

You have to dig it out by yourself. Send a mail to CIC and/or call them. You might get a response.

Application returned from CIC on 5th March 2015. But still haven't got my application package back. (today 21s Aug 2015).

Can you please help in my below query.

1 ) As per CIC , they returned the package with regular mail (I think Canada Post) so delivers for Canada Post in India.
2) My address is Bhopal (M.P) , So if in india the packages delivered by India Post which office should i contact , My local post office says that they haven't got any package also Bhopal G.P.O replied the same.

Any links or suggestions will be helpful

Just to add on , I called CIC on 20th Aug 2015 and check return address and it is correct , and they haven't got my application back as undelivered.

I sent my package for FSW 2014 twice and both were returned:

1. Package returned on October 2014 due to payment issue.
Package received in Cebu, Philippines on July 2015 (9 months).

2. Package returned due to cap reach on Feb 2015.
Package received in Cebu, Philippines on August 2015 (6 months).

I'm guessing, it would take a long time for packages to arrive when they were sent back during the last quarter of the year.

My another problem is , one of my friend whose application received on the same day as mine 29th Dec 2014 and also returned on the same day 5th March 2015 , He got his application back in May Mid , but i haven't got anything yet ..

Can you advise ???

I have read somewhere in this forum that packages were returned with the wrong address, but I'm hoping yours will arrive soon.

Try to contact your local postal office, they might know similar packages that have arrived from CIC.
