Hi,

I am planning to apply for PR in NOC 2171... I have given my IELTS with 8/8/8/7.5 - Writing score...and is eligible with 74 points.
Requesting you to guide pl, if this would be too late for the cap limit.

What are the chances that if I start the process now, my file would be studied.

Senior members - Pl advise...
Hi, the best you can do for yourself and those depending on you is to submit your application as soon as possible. You lose nothing by applying but you stand to gain so much more if you do. Why waste time asking questions when you should apply first and ask questions later? All the best :)

Dear all,

does any one have any info about 'Expression of Interest-2015' and the probable eligible occupations? My application has been returned due to 'cap reached' reason. This time, unfortunately, chemical engineers is not in the NOC list so I am not in the situation to apply this time with you guys. All the best to every one.

What aspects to be considered and to make sure when preparing Demand Draft.

The 2014 Immigration Levels Plan makes way for Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to transition to this new system in January 2015 by continuing to reduce backlogs across the board. This will enable Canada to begin using EOI to identify the best candidates from day one.

EOI works in two steps. Prospective immigrants would indicate their interest in coming to Canada by providing information electronically about their skills, work experience and other attributes. Individuals who meet certain eligibility criteria will have their “expressions of interest” placed in a pool and ranked against others already in the pool. CIC would only invite the best candidates, including those with in-demand skills or with job offers, to apply for a visa. Expressions of interest that are not chosen after a period of time may be removed from the pool. As a result, application backlogs would not accumulate and processing times will be kept to a minimum.

We will also assess applicants on a variety of other factors such as education, work experience and language ability – with a greater emphasis on the ever-changing needs of the Canadian labour market.

No idea about the NOC's

Hi shrinivas1980 - nobody knows about NOCs right now so you might have to wait for some more time till the details of EOI are more clear.
I read in some of the forum only that by Oct / Nov CIC should come up with all the details of EOI.

All d best.

Thanks a lot venkat and SM9.

Hello Guys,

My Friend is applying FSW from India but he don't know where to send the complete application package in India.
Can any please tell me the complete address to send application?

Thanks,
Dan

Hi,

He doesn't need to send his package to any place in India. First, he should send the package at CIC-Nova Scotia, Canada. If successful, CIC will transfer his application to it's counterpart in New Delhi.
