What I think is it means your job duties are not as specified in noc

Guys,
I have a question. I made a mistake in my application envelope through courier.
Instead of writing "NOC Category" beneath FSW, I wrote entire "NOC Category, Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category". Please guidde me how to manage this. My application has been received at CIC on Wednesday 28th May. Rest, all documents and checklist are correct

I have been pondering over this from last one week. My job profile suits two NOCs 2132 and NOC 2232. I have single reference letter, but it pertains to both NOCs.

I have already sent application under NOC 2132, last week.

So my query is:

1.) Whether I can apply under NOC 2232 to be safe? Are two applications allowed? or it will lead to rejection? Is this against rule? Has anybody done that?

Consider it can be done:

2.) I have two TRFs from two IELTS test taken in last 6 months... Both are band 8. So can I send second IELTS TRF along with new application?

3.) Also WES sent me two ECAs... Can I second ECA with new application?

1. Birth Certificate: My DOB is 03.10.1982; in India before 25 years there was no trend to provide Birth certificate. At this moment I do not have the same, please advise me can I provide any other documents like 10th Certificate and a notarize statement from my parents.

2. Proof of Fund: I, my wife and my 3 year old son is included in the application, this means I have to show $18000 as POF. Please let me know can I show my Provident fund statement, property valuation and gold valuation as proof.

1) Which part of India you are from? I was born in karnataka. But I live in chennai for past 22 years (born 1983). Just a month back applied for Birth certificate (in karnataka) and within 2 weeks I got it. So check your local how to get. It is possible ..

2) I dont think you can show PF. But Fixed deposits can be shown. If you show property you'll have to show net worth (excluding liabilities).. and that too with a auditor I suppose.. Am not sure.. Regarding gold, best way is to mortgage it. Get gold loan.. Convert that into fixed deposit until the PR process is over..

Things that can be included as POF: your savings account balance and FD

Things that can NOT be shown as POF: PF, Employee PF, value of vehicles and real estate, gold.
