Krunal, he/she misguided you. If the cap was reached in Oct-2013 itself then how come the guys who filed their applications in Jan-2014 got their PR? It is really out of my grasp.

CanadaFSW2014, it really hard to predict what CIC is going to do in near future. But, as per my assumption, CIC will not open FSWP-2014; otherwise they would have declared so by now.

Krunal, the reason for delay is unknown. Perhaps, CIC are busy in clearing the back logs. I am not hoping for anything this year. However, you and Jyothi still have good chances to make into the Cap under FSWP-2013 also as you have applied far ahead of us, that is, in Nov-2013. My heart says, both of you will make it soon. All the best!

Thank you srini. Let us hope for the best. But they have taken long time for our application force me to think on negative side. Somthing has come by mid of march. Otherwise chances of getting unsuccessful is higher.

Yesterday, i met one of the popular consultant specialized for Canadian Immigration.

He said me, 2134 was capped in OCT end itself and CIC realized it in FEB.

Is it true? I dont think so as DEC applicant CC has been charged before.

Share your views pls

Bullshit...my friend got DD charged in December. dont belive these consultant, the biger they are, the bigger they lie....

hi all,

I am going to apply for PR for upcoming scheme.
We are living in ahmedabad. My wife has studied in banglore for 4 years 2003 to 2007. My consultant is saying that You have to take Police verification certificate(PVC) or Police Clearence Certificate (PCC) compulsorily for the place where you have stayed more than 6 months therefore, I have to take PCC for my wife from banglore for that four years. I have inquired from my sources in banglore, banglore police is saying that i have to apply to local passport office for (PCC) and ahmedabad passport office will send documents to banglore police station regarding PCC or PVC and they will send PCC or PVC to ahmedabad passport office. Thereafter I have inquired to my regional passport office, the passport officer has told me that my wife is living in ahmedabad for more than 1 year so there is no need to take PVC or PCC from banglore and they will give me PCC for Ahmedabad only.

So guys after this much big story can you help me out?
1. what are requirements for PVC or PCC?
2. is my consultant is right or the passport officer?
3. I have seen few same cases in past who got visa without this kind of PVC or PCC. so this rules has been changed?

Pls. guide me.

You consultant looks crazy to me, as He is requesting you to produce police certificate at so early, remember Canadian Immigration will accept only the valid police certificates, and Police certificate has some expiry so dont be in hury to get your police certificate, anyway Canadian Immigiration will write you a letter to produce Police Certificate, Have you recieve any letter from Canadian Immigration to submit PCC ?? If no then no need to make it now, once you get letter then get one certificate which will show the location where you stayed, and its required for one country per certificate, its not like you will produce 100s certificate from one country.

Just now got a reply for My CSE which was raised on 8/02/2014..........it states that my application file was returned with all the documents on 07/02/2014.......

Reason not written....waiting to pick the packet....once I pick the courier....I will update you all the possible reason........


Now.....It assured me that I would be a member of 2015 EOI Club........
