I agree with Srini...In my case only, bank is not able to give me any clarity...Only mail from CIC is the confirmation. Will file number come first or AOR ?

UCI & File number comes first......... i.e. PER...,..,,,,, then comes transfer of your file to respective VO...... i.e. AOR

I can see here except 2134 all occupation are going well in terms of getting response on time. I don't know, what are the obstacles for 2134 to get green signal ? Is it related to Cap- received 61 application in one go ?

I will suggest you not to trust this bank personnel as most of the times they do not even enquire. they just give you false info many times. these guys are extremely lazy. at least, I have observed this.

I have myself asking why no results on 2134 after the cap reached. I am absolutely out of ideas as I can't imagine gow cic is going about. Any other friends have any clue

Friends, my application was reached to CIC on 15th Nov,2013. But no response as of now. You can understand now....I think they have not touch 2134 after oct whose payment mode is DD.

EOI aus is taking more than 6 months to grant visa. and Degree evaluation takes more than 4 months so over all it is almost 1 year minimum. and if CIC will start EOI then they will accept applications in Jan 15 so it will take more time then current FSW.

Thats what I think.

Not always, i have friends who got visas approved withing 60 days and the fastest one got it in 21 days..... wow PR in 21 days of application. Yes it does take 2-4 months for the skills assessment. Australian appliaction processing standards are way higher and i doubt Canada can match the pace even after implementing EOI in 2015.

I wish good luck to everyone, as i was in this situation 2-3 years ago.

hi all,

I am going to apply for PR for upcoming scheme.
We are living in ahmedabad. My wife has studied in banglore for 4 years 2003 to 2007. My consultant is saying that You have to take Police verification certificate(PVC) or Police Clearence Certificate (PCC) compulsorily for the place where you have stayed more than 6 months therefore, I have to take PCC for my wife from banglore for that four years. I have inquired from my sources in banglore, banglore police is saying that i have to apply to local passport office for (PCC) and ahmedabad passport office will send documents to banglore police station regarding PCC or PVC and they will send PCC or PVC to ahmedabad passport office. Thereafter I have inquired to my regional passport office, the passport officer has told me that my wife is living in ahmedabad for more than 1 year so there is no need to take PVC or PCC from banglore and they will give me PCC for Ahmedabad only.

So guys after this much big story can you help me out?
1. what are requirements for PVC or PCC?
2. is my consultant is right or the passport officer?
3. I have seen few same cases in past who got visa without this kind of PVC or PCC. so this rules has been changed?

Pls. guide me.

Dear Patel,

1.PCC.....is nationwide valid....you can take it from any city in one country irrespective of different cities you resided in past...........you can take it from your current city/ place of residence.........

2. that only implies to other countries wherever you lived for more than 6 months....but not in same country for different cities...
3.I don't think one gets visa stamped without PCCs...
