FSW 2014 Application Errors

Hi All,

I have sent my application form in July end week for Processing. I did not receive any mail from CIC about acceptance or rejection till now. I did not find my details in Global Excel Spreadsheet too. After verification I found that I made small typo error i.e. I filled 2714 instead of 2174.And they did not returned my application if they rejected. Can I reapply or should I wait ? I am confused please guide me.

You will not receive any news from CIO for at least a month, month and half.
You can't find your details in spreadsheet if you hadn't input your data yourselfe. It is not an official list because it was created by members of this forum.
Typing a wrong NOC code is not a small error, it means automatic refusal. However, you might get lucky because the NOC code that you had typed does not exist.

NOC 2174 will hit its cap before CIC gets to your application. So even without this error, your application would have been returned due to the cap being reached anyway. CIC is still opening applications from mid June and this NOC already has almost 800 applications accepted.
