its a permanent residency travel document , its really ironic to have to submitt this document now , but i do really respect the VO for this , my husband had landed in canada 10 years back as a pr but didnt go back there due to some reasons (his father health and later death ) , and we didnt know the fact that a pr status doesnt get expired , only the pr card does, so bucharest VO asked us to send the travel document so that a canadian officer can rule out the previous status and obviously decline it because he didnt meet the residancy obligations, then they will give us 60 days to reappeal if we want to ,but we wont as he didnt stay there, but cant speed it up at the same time , so to send the document and to process it its gonna be at least like 45 days and 60 days to reappeal, & after the 60 days finish bucharest VO can resume the process and hopefully send MR as fast as we hope .... we are a bizarre case , but im praying hard that will get through
... what is going on? I hope the Canadian officials will see how slow (the slowest!) Bucharest is and will do something about it. So many people are already there who applied in September or has PPR - October and I still haven't got MR.
