Guys, 4 months and a few days from PER and still no medical request nor second line. I am considering contacting the VO although I know they prefer not to be disturbed and would not give me a useful update if any at all... Does anyone have experience with contacting them?

I sent them a CSE before, they respond after 5 weeks, and I sent them an email 20 days ago and still didn't hear from them
