Well i dunno, maybe cos the visa is issued in bucharest and then stamped in beirut.
In all cases, from observations on the main forum, there is an average of 2 to 3 months between Medical received and PPR

Don't worry Didi, 4 months is normal. I am sure in 1-2 weeks you will hear from them. Check your SPAM box.

I am almost the same case as you. I need to know how long did it take for you to have the Visa Stamped at the embassy in Beirut after you submitted passport?

eye color and height sent April 19, 2015

It is not necessary to put in your data by yourself, everyone could do this fo you (this may cause mislieading and false info ??? and I was shocked but...). The most important is to enter your forum user name in order to avoid any iterance.

But oops! That's a long time. I don't live in Lebanon and I can't be there for that long! Do you know if the passport has to be with them during the whole period? I am wondering if I can submit it and withdraw it after a couple of days then re-submit it when things are ready.

I already sent an email to the embassy in Lebanon but I don't think they will ever reply ...

i was in the same situation as i also live outside lebanon, we had to extend our stay until we received the passports back.

check if they can have the stamping done at the embassy in the country where you are staying.

rorita , isnt it possible to send passport to relatives and let them apply to visa without traveling then after completing the visa relatives could send it back via privat courier ?
