i have a question for u Guys, does it required to be passport valide for 12 months in order to stamp the visa? in other words,will they stamp the visa if the passport valide just 7 months?

I totally understand your situation, cuz although I'm the main applicant, my husband is Syrian and we went through the same suffering with regard to the passport validity.

I'm glad you still have some time in your passport....May I ask for your application timeline?

nice to hear that from u also ,actually i am QSW not FSW,i got CSQ then sent application to sydney,they received it on July 2013,it is my turn now to receive medical because all my friends before the date of me already got it,so my queue is now,hope to get it soon.
regarding the issue of passport,i will send them an email explaining all details as Loom advised me also,they should know about that,i know one syrian girl which faced the same thing,she contacted them and explained them everything,one month later they speed up her file and stamped her visa also,she is in Canada now.

No need to apologize! I was not offended. was just pointing out that it turned personal a bit. Really it isnt a big deal.

Jamal, you know the meaning of the word "forum" you could find here the wrong and the right wnahever you want to see but you could find here par excellence the opinions of a lot of persons! The official info you know where is...in the heads of Bucharest's officers

There is no problem really, and we were not arguing. I just pointed out that it was turning personal, that's all I was not offended and true we are all here to help each others while waiting. Dont worry about it.

Thank you very much for replying,yes i am from Syria,actaully i can not prolong my passport due the difficulties and many procedures in syria,now my passport is valid for one year and 4 months,so i think i have to inform Bucharest from now and explain them everything,maybe they speed up processing of my file when i explain them about difficulties or they do something else.

Dude, you better start thinking about possible options for you to renew the passport. Wish you all the best

salut tous le monde , j'ai une question a poser . Quand on fait le re-medical pour le federal„ comment on peut voir ou tracker le status qu'ils ont recu? et savoir que tous est en ordre ?Pour le 1re medical on obtient sur le ecas "medical recu" mais la 2me fois comment on sait puisque ca ne va pas changer une autre fois sur le site de CIC. Peut quelqu'un nous guider ou nous raconter son experience. Merci pour vos reponses
