"Yes, I sent them an email to ask for visa transmission to Beirut and they replied after 5 days. I just received the visa today and it took them 21 days (12 working days) to stamp the visa."

After the third line update, you just have to wait for your security checks to be completed. This is not a standard procedure and depends on several factors that are unique to each applicant. But if I were you, I would not be too worried It's all about patience now.

I have a concern I don't remember if I wroth I have sufficient funds or only 6000 $
But I am in Canada , working in a full time under an open work permit (no LMO) whould that make my application to refused ?

Only LMIA jobs waive the POF requirement. you will have to do IME again because visa validity is derived from the date of uploading the results to eMedical. And CIC doesn't issue visas expiring in less than 6 months.

I guess they are committed with QSW and their old files.

I am pretty sure that you are right, because I've noticed that guys from our country which have applied on QSW, now, they received MR, PPR and so on. I am happy for them, because they started the process from 2011, but I don't know how much time VO will offer for processing QSW files...hope it will not take so much ))).
