hello we are also Bucharest Romania visa office :-[ we took the csq (quebec) on 11/11/2013.
we did our medicals since last year February 2014 and still waiting, we sent many mails they replied only once! we ordered caips note and still gets in it medical tests received only! security and eligibility and everything else still not started!
can anyone give us hope?! we heard if we didn't get the golden mail in February it will be for next year to get it :-\ :'( ???

What is going on with Bucharest VO?Since NY there has been 0 movement in processing the applications? In SS application waiting for MR haven't changed their status since Dec 2014.

bucharest applicants are very active actually , currentely , lebanon, jordan, syria and iraq applicants are all transferred to bucharest visa office ......

there is a thread called ( amman visa applicants ) you could post there and there is even a whats up group that you could share information .

but regarding romanians and other east european countries who apply through bucharest , i guess you right as i didnt hear from them on forum

Hello,

My visa office is Bucharest too. I'm Bulgarian national alike stellimelli.
My application was received in CIO - Sydney on 27 August 2014, NOC - 1111. Did not receive PER until now :-[
The only communications I got from CIO are an email dated 12 December 2014, confirming they received my application on 27/08/2014; and a snail mail letter from CIO dated 31 December 2014 informing me I paid 40 CAD extra than required fee which they'll refund in 12-16 weeks.

The snail mail arrived on 19 January 2015.
I have UCI from previous (failed) application in year 2008 so I can check my ecas. It just says "in process" - "we received you application on.."
Very frustrating that it takes so long.

This is not normal. You should take PER two months ago. Maybe these money will delay your process.

MurAhm, Bucharest don't send AOR, but I suggest transfer is around 2-3 weeks. I have an email from BUCSTIMMIGRATION in answer of information which I provided due CSE. In this email they confirm that my application is in their office, and is in queue for review, so I guess we may call this AOR. This happened 18 days after my PER.
