Quebec applicants that are processed in Bucharest VO have been receiving medical requests during June and last week. I know there are Quebec applicants that have received medical requests last year and which have received a new one just this week because last year's is now outdated. So maybe the reason is that they are all busy with Quebec applicants right now.

I haven't seen any progress for provincial nominees and federal skilled workers that applied starting October. Last applicant from this thread that they started processing is mishati. He is a september applicant and they started processing him back in April. So 3 months no news for provincial nominees and federal skilled workers

Hello friends,

I am a QSW applicant. I can tell you that the office is not sending any visas to any category. At least you as a FSW are hearing good news from time to time but we QSWs are not receiving anything. This office is really dead and something has to be done. This is not fair. Paris office is sending medical request and visas within a few months after the application is received.
