Documents to be sent to Visa office after Medicals

1. Cover letter

2. Medical Bill payment Receipt

3. Copy of Passport Bio pages

4. Document Request letter from Visa office

5. Police Clearance Certificate (optional, if sent with application)

6. RPRF fee payment receipt (filled with black pen) or DD of RPRF payment


Did I miss any documents, please confirm

Do I need to scan the documents and send them by email also or it is not required

Do I need to send these documents by emai to CIC or it is not required

I sent my PP for stamping on 13th march via VFS bangalore. It has been 12 days now and online status still says 'in-process'. Does anyone has an idea of how long does VFS bangalore takes?

Guys...help me out with this...I had requested my GCMS Notes. Reason : Check my timelines.

Look at the Paper File Transfer History and somebody can please help me understand:

It's possible job verification before per???

Before PER, CIC only checks your eligibility as per documents you submit to it....
Verification is done by Visa Offices only.....
It can be waived off if Visa Officer is convinced with the supporting documents......

Bud, send only what you have been asked. Do not add unnecessarily.

They asked for
1. proof of medical completion
2. PCCs
3. RPRF
4. Request letter

Guys, a question!! VO asked for additional documents, and I sent. But how do I know if they are NOT satisfied with those documents? Do they notify about it in any way?

It was always there in my account as FD and I have shown the same as POF for FSW application process. FD can easily liquidated and we can convert the amount to CAD anytime we want and so no need to convert my FD (which in INR) to CAD for now. I thought that's the case. Correct me if I am wrong. I have CITI account and I heard that CITI can give balance statement in CAD. Do that help ?

Why are you carrying 14000CAD in INR in shape of FDs ? No Canadian bank will encash the FDs of Indian Banks..
You can go to HSBC bank or Kotak bank in India for your account opening....Like Kotak has tie up with scotia bank.....
Deposit the amount into your new bank account...They will give you statement which can be used as POF......

I am new to this forum.

I am 15 th September Applicant , I missed my PER mail because of wrong updating of email address by CIC.
Confirmed my UCI no. and also that my file has been transferred to Warsaw from CIC Call Centre.
Several times written to Warsaw office about this matter but not got any reply.
Have already updated the correct email address with CIC.

Wat next I can do.......

If your have not received PER e-mail, it is not a problem. I also did not receive PER mail, but later e-mails were sent to my representative in Canada. You can check on phone with CIC help centre about your e-mail id in their system.

Not advisable to carry settlement funds in INR investments.
Citibank won't give you a CAD currency letter for you Indian FD.
