Guys .. can you please clarify me on questions related to POF while landing.

We are three and I have to show CAD 19000 as POF. My doubt is

1) I am planning to carry only CAD 5000 by cash while landing and rest CAD 14000 through Bank FD certificate in Indian rupees. Is this fine ? or do I have to show CAD 14000 also in Canadian dollars ? If it has to show in Canadian dollars, please let me know how can I show the amount in my account in Canadian dollars ?

Why are you carrying 14000CAD in INR in shape of FDs ? No Canadian bank will encash the FDs of Indian Banks..
You can go to HSBC bank or Kotak bank in India for your account opening....Like Kotak has tie up with scotia bank.....
Deposit the amount into your new bank account...They will give you statement which can be used as POF......

Finally, I've received the maple leaf stamped on my Passport and COPR from VFS Mumbai today.

Can't express my happiness in words, literally had tears when I saw the stamped Visa.

My journey comes to an end today after 10 months and 13 days...timelines on the left...

PPR Sent - 16 March 2015
Visa Issued - 25 March 2015
VO - London.

Hi Seniors,
I have one question ... eagerly awaiting your reply.

My company supervisor recommended me... He has given his Business card (original) and also his Company ID Card ( copy)... But this letter itself is not on a company letter head.And with all these I have got the PER.

Now there is a situation.
This supervisor of mine has left the company.
What shall I do now ?
If NDVO or Colombo Visa Office checks with my ex supervisors' recommendation letter , does that letter still hold good ?

So how much time it will take to receive MR from Warsaw ????
Anyone from you got MR from same??

JUST NOW RECEIVED 4 SEPARATE EMAILS. ONE EMAIL REQUESTING MEDICAL & RPRF. 3 OTHERS HAVING ATTACHMENT OF IMM1017E FOR MYSELF, MY WIFE & MY DAUGHTER (SHE IS 8 YRS OLD). THERE IS NO IMM1017E FOR MY 4 YR OLD SON.

GOD SAIL US ALL THROUGH THIS AGONY OF WAIT AND SHOWER BLESSINGS FOR OUR FUTURE IN DREAM MAPLE LAND.

How should i write a letter to him. Can i say that it was skipped by mistake and at present i have no date and file no. record of refusal letter.
or should i contact local vfs office to get refusal letter belonging to 2013.and send it to visa officer.
please guide what is right way..WORRIED..
