Seniors need your help please.
I applied for fswp 2014 noc 2281, my file reached nova scotia on 19th dec 2014. I didnt heard anything back from cic. This morning i called cic, the agent told me we have sent your file back on 2nd March 2015. The reason he told me that we couldnt find any arranged employment and eligibility for Phd. I said to him, i didnt apply for both categories and i told him i applied for fswp and he wad unable to give me any further information.

Please guys i really need your advice.

The NOC 2281 cap already filled on 20th Nov, 2014. After 20th November applicants received their application back. Whatever the agent told you, it might be a mistake. But there is no chance any more to wait for 2281 NOC of FSW 2014. start working on EE.

Guys .. can you please clarify me on questions related to POF while landing.

We are three and I have to show CAD 19000 as POF. My doubts are

1) First I am travelling to Canada alone without my family. Do I have to show total CAD 19000 or less ? If it is total CAD 19000, do I have to show POF again while my family (Spouse and Kid) land in Canada ?

2) I am planning to carry only CAD 5000 by cash while landing and rest CAD 14000 through Bank FD certificate in Indian rupees. Is this fine ? or do I have to show CAD 14000 also in Canadian dollars ?

Please clarify

No transit visa required for UK LHR.

I am NOC 3142 Applicant from Ahmedabad, my online status shows that " we have received your application on May 12th, 2014, and 2nd line showing " we have started processing your application from November 6th, 2014 ", friends I received my PER on August 21st, 2014 but still there is no update from NDVO.

Hi all,

I am June 2014 applicant.
MR received in Dec. and 3rd line updated in Jan.15.

But till date i have not received mail for RPRF and PCC which one usually gets along with MR mail.

Is anybody in same situation or has someone passed from same situation.

please suggest.......

should i wait for RPRF and PCC request presuming that it will be accompanied along with PPR.

Check your Spam / Junk Folder. You might have received it on the same day when you had your MR

I have resigned from my job and need to inform VO about this change. What do you suggest to e-mail them diresctly, or should I make a case specific inquiry?

I had the same case. You are advised to send Relieving Letter and Experience Letter to VO using CSE. You need to send the physical documents to Visa Office.

Finally, we got the 2nd line update!
They started processing our application in March 16.
No wonder no MR coming. They haven't started ours yet. Whew!
Even so long overdue, we're still very happy it's moving already!!!

Hi friends,

I am December applicant from India, received PER on 3 March. I stayed in UK for about 4 years in last 10 years.

-should i apply for UK PCC before MR only?
-I am from Punjab (India) and working in Bangalore (India) for about a year.
Should I apply for Indian PCC now or wait for MR?
Where can I apply for PCC? Bangalore or Punjab?

Quick replies will be highly appreciated.

I just got my passport back with COPR (confirmation of permanent residence) and IM-1 Visa. Very excited..Bliss...

PP dispatched from VFS office (Ktm ,Nepal) on 9th March ,2015.
Planning to land on July,2015.

WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH NDVO.... no 2 line or MR requests at all for any one..... I really hope they start to sort things out man, the process after the PER stage is really getting slower and slower..... Phew.....

Sorry guys I had to vent some where.... I know patience is the key but incase of the PR its a virtue that I (along with many others) lack.....
