Hi guys is there any kind of hope for those who submitted on 30th Dec to Cic Nova scotia. Seems they stop charging after 29th, i heard the global cap of 25,000 has been reached.

That's what I've heard too. If the person or people who shared this info is correct then there is no hope for you, you can try in EE.

The file which has been returned will also be accomplanied with a letter explaining the reason.

If you feel that CIC mis-interpreted or overlooked a detail, you can rasie it back. As long as it's their fault they will readmitt your application.

However, I would recomed that you also start working towards EE. Have you profile in place and available for future draws.

I applied for fswp 2014 noc 2281, my file reached nova scotia on 19th dec 2014. I didnt heard anything back from cic. This morning i called cic, the agent told me we have sent your file back on 2nd March 2015. The reason he told me that we couldnt find any arranged employment and eligibility for Phd. I said to him, i didnt apply for both categories and i told him i applied for fswp and he wad unable to give me any further information.

It sounds like there was some terrible misunderstanding or you made a mistake in your application form which made them think you've applied for something other than FSWP.

Only hope for you is to email CIO about it. If you did include a nice cover letter explaining everything about your application then you should be fine!

Agree with you Jaxon911. However in the absence of the official page where NOC cap's were updated, all the news could also be grapevine and I hope that's the case for our pal awaiting PER.
Kayb, with CIC, it's never over till they say so. All the best and all the luck.

I applied in second week of December and received my PER email on 3 March, 2015. The online status shows ' we received your application on 16th December'.

Could you please help me with few question?

- When I will get AO email and will come to know which office my file has been assigned to?

- When should I expect to get MR request?

- During which period of time do they do background check and employment verification?

i have submitted my RPRF fees from Bangladesh to SGVO . how many days normally it will take to reach in SG by FedEx?

- AOR in 30-60 days from PER if VO sends AOR. CVO AND WVO do but NDVO doesnt.
- 7 - 30 days from 2nd line MR can be expected usually.
- BCG is usually post the 2nd line and before the MR email.
