I am NOC 3142 Applicant from Ahmedabad, my online status shows that " we have received your application on May 12th, 2014, and 2nd line showing " we have started processing your application from November 6th, 2014 ", friends I received my PER on August 21st, 2014 but still there is no update from NDVO.

I just got my passport back with COPR (confirmation of permanent residence) and IM-1 Visa. Very excited..Bliss...

PP dispatched from VFS office (Ktm ,Nepal) on 9th March ,2015.
Planning to land on July,2015.

Have you received the call from NDVO? also did they ask you to send it via courier or via Email?

I have a query .. as usual...

Preface : We are in our PPR stage now. 3rd line updated on 30-01-2015

Description :

1. NDVO called us on 09-03-2015 asking to submit my spouse's new passport.
2. New passport is sent via. Bluedart and delivered on 19-03-2015.

Query : How many days they take to process the additional documents. When can we expect the PPR mail.

i know i m repeating but still just to clarify and make sure ..

as ur aware of I have the fourth line update as DM , till now havnt got PPR mail , pls ans these things .. refreshing my inbox like every now nd then

1. if there was any rejection (i know its zero chances still ) how will the visa office inform me .. bcos i read fariness letter is given before DM status .. or shld we wait for that mail too like ppr

2. in DM status (fourth line) its mentioned the visa office will contact u regarding this decision , so does the mail trigger for everyone automatically or is it individually sent .. or auto triggered ... ndvo works from 9 to 5 so shld we expect mail only during this time ..

3. i have double checked from bank , my dd is encashed for rprf which i sent along with pcc and medical receipts .. i know its good news but is it some sort of confirmations ...

pls take some time and ans .. appreciate ur ans and help till date .. thank you

Buddy, I understand you are anxious and bit nervous that you didn't receive PPR Yet. In your case, Tuesday may be your day. I am sure that PPR is on it's way. Most of the PPR's were reported during 9-5 IST time. Keep an eye out for the PPR which will land soon in your mailbox.

For some lucky ones, They PPR on the same day as they get DM. For others, it may take 5 - 10 days to get that email.

If it is negative, Visa Office will contact you with a mail asking for Clarification. They will give you at least 30 days to respond.

Don't worry my friend. You will be fine

Has anyone got PPR/DM after going for medicals after 20th Feb.

1 or 2 applicants received PPR. I myself had done my medicals on 20th Feb, I think we might have to wait for a week or two.

No wonder no MR coming. They haven't started ours yet. Whew!
Even so long overdue, we're still very happy it's moving already!!!

you won't be asked for pcc in case you have submitted earlier with application. However it's the vo prerogative and they may ask for it if they wish so. chances are slim though .
