Rcvd Furtherance Tests Mail for Wife : 22-Nov
Furtherance Medical Reports Sent : 17-Feb
Third Line Added in ECAS : 21-Feb
Fourth Line (DM) : 20-Mar

A Heartfelt THANK YOU to all of you for all the help during this loooong process !!!!!! It could not have been possible without your help at every stage of application !!!

My suggestion to people waiting for next step (me being one of them as i wait for PPR now): Have faith on the process, each one of us will get PR eventually....it is just a matter of time...Stay Put !!

That would be true, eventually, ecas goes live once you are charged. It shows 1st line, however if the applicant was found ineligible (NER) later on. The ecas will be shut down, so it no longer shows the 1st line and the statement "we couldn't find you" appears.

But your timeline says you got PER already? or your asking on someone else's behalf?

I am asking for someone else, cc charged in january, no per and ecas says we can't find you, so it's possible to be shut down?

I am asking for someone else, cc charged in january, no per and ecas says we can't find you, so it's possible to be shut down?

Worst case, that will be one of the reason. Another scenario would be, he/she accidentally ticked the option on the ecas that you can shut it down yourself if you don't want to see any updates from ecas. You can try to log in in your ecas to check this option for you to understand. Another scenario but highly unlikely, that the ecas system glitch.

Those are the possibilities at hand. I suggest you tell your friend to send an email inquiry about it. Previously Bro Diplomatru shared the email address to inquire.

If Someone here knows the email address to send the inquiry for ecas issue, do kindly share to help our fellow applicant..
