oops! I should have listened to the warning and preview before posting thanks dude, how about the old passport with the Canadian student's visa and RPRF receipt printout?

No harm in submitting copies of old passport proactively since it includes old student visa. But not mandatory i guess.
No need to submit RPRF receipt at PPR stage.

Guys,
Just wanted to inform you all that I have collected the stamped passport today from VFS office, Bangalore. The journey that started in Feb-2013 has finally come to an end. ( Yes, I was applicant in FSW-13 also but could not make it back then due to CAP. Took my IELTS in Feb-2013 ). The Phase I of this journey is over and now the time has come to embark on phase II - landing, job, settlement.

I want to thank each and every member of this forum for the contribution that we all are making towards a common cause. Let the good work keep flowing. I would be happy to help members with whatever little knowledge I have regarding the application processing.

Hi Canadian27,

Most of such cases (original VO = NDVO and transferred VO = WVO) received AOR email from WVO, including mine.

The usual trend to receive AOR from PER date for WVO is 25 - 35 days, however it may be more.

[/quozte]I don't believe so, coz I m still waiting for AOR .while cic call centre agent told that my case has been transferred to warsaw on 14 th Jan 15. Its a guessing game now. Have to wait for any ecas update to know where it was actually headed.

Few questions:
1. How do I send the passports to CVAC? By courier or personally?
2. Are there any charges for the application now?
3. By what timeframe do I expect my passport to be back? Would it be sent by courier?

Congrats Rohan. After this step, you don't need to pay anything as PR process. You will get passport in 10 to 20 days of timeframe.

Dear Forum Members,
Finally the Great Day for me arrived today. My wife, our kid, and I went to VFS Islamabad today to pick our passports with the Beautiful Canadian PR Visas stamped in all of them!!! Hurray!!!

The Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents also accompanied all 3 passports.

Date of Application: 9 June 2014
PR Visa Received on: 18 March 2015

I'll update the SS shortly... Best wishes to all waiting for different stages of the PR process and hope you all realize your dream of Canadian PR soon...

Hi Rohan,

You hae to fill one form with the details the form is in the form of table in the mail , 2 Phots of each family member accompanying you with the address of the photographer behind one photo and the passports . you have to submit just these things .

When ever you go to the nearest VFS just take the printout of the PPR mail with teh above mentioned things and you are done The money they charge depends on location and whether you will collect yourself from VFS or they will deliver it to your home .About time frame i am not sure i myself waiting for passport which we have submitted on 9th MArch

first of all congratulation.....
U need to go personally to CVAC.........
n u will be charged for passport transmission or u can follow the link provided in passport request for more details...
n u can expect in a week time after u send ur passport n u can collect it from CVAC..........personally........
as it is the most reliable one....... to send ur passport...

My third line has been added in ECAS as Medical Results have been received.

Recently I have changed my current address, so should I inform NDVO of this change even though my mailing address remains unchanged. Will updating of new address slow down the processing of my application?

Also if I do update the address, do I need to provide any supporting docs?
(I do not hve any address proof for this new address.)

Send passports through VFS centre in your city.
no charges by CIC / VO except nominal fees charged by VFS to handle your passports
7-10 days your passports will be with you.
