I checked my Ecas yesterday night and it had second and third line update as decision made. Second line says we started processing on march 12. August 28th applicant, per on dec 15th

What was your self calculated points . if it was near to 67 . then may be VO may have re calculation and points will less. Anyway I think they will give an opportunity to you for explanation. Or else you can appeal for it .

Or may be it is a case of ecas eroor . who knows .
My prayers with you . wait for further communication from NDVO.

A friend of mine checked his ecas status an hour ago. His NOC is 0013 (PER Aug 14) and he got a third line update "a decision has been made on your application" after the 2nd line "we started processing your application on March 11". Both line 2 and 3 were updated at the same time. He has not received his MR yet. What does this mean? Anyone else in a similar situation?

What was your calculated score? Any employee verification call/mails got landed in wrong hand in the office?

You have to send recent photos.Take photograph as per link provided in the PPR.
It is clearly mentioned in the link provided in PPR that you have write photo studio name, address and the date on which photograph was taken.
No harm in writing your name and DOB.

Hi Friends,

I got the GCMS notes yesterday night. Can any one tell me what is the meaning of Location: ECU-EDO?

Also I can see the due date in application assessment corner as 30-04-2015. Does that mean that they will open my file on 30-April only or they will open it before that date also? If 30-04-2015 is the case then it is too late from their side. My third line was updated on 13-10-2014 and I can see that the RFV check was completed on 3-11-2014 with below comments.

Also I can see that till 10-02-2015 the criminality and security checks were not started at all.

Can any one predict the future :-\

We were also in similar situation. Me and my spouse reside in canada and my daughter stay in india. We have received PPR on March 10th from CPC Ottawa to submit all our passport together. But we have sent mail to them explaining my daughter situation and request them to send her visa letter to NDVO New Delhi Office. Today morning, we have got ready to visa mail to submit passport to NDVO office for my daughter.

And also case officer replied back with below note.

"We sent you a ready for visa letter for the office in New Delhi for your dependent. Please submit your and spouse passport at our office in Ottawa."

I am paying RPRF online now but I do not have a printer at home. Is it possible to pay it online now and save a receipt to print it tomorrow?
Or the receipt cannot be saved and I must have a printer once I pay the fee ?

If it has been made without medical request then it is not a good sign. But you wait for an email from CIC. Hope for the best.

CONGRATS !! Nothing to worry here.
RFV = Ready for VISA.
Mean's you are in queue to get DM/PPR anytime now.

ECU - Ecomonic Class Unit. (Not sure EDO)

But I know that ECU-EDO is the department where officer picks application, validates it and post MR and RPRF forward it to ECU-RFV.

The Due date you see is a date for VO, they need to make sure that the file is completed before that, for certain your application will be picked and closed soon.

Criminality and security really dont take long. As this GCMS is a month old. They should have already been started and up for completion any time.
