Good evening.

Application received : 4th July 2014
DD encashed: 22-OCt-2014
File number received: 16-Nov-2014
Application sent to local visa office: 22-Dec-2014

But no update as yet... can anybody share their experience as to how many days it takes for the MR... i know it differ person to person...

Heloo all urgent help required i just checked my cic and it looks like below

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 9, 2014.

2. We started processing your application on January 15, 2015.

3. Medical results have been received.

4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.



What does this mean ??? what happens next please someone let us know thanks

Again Reposting..

I have been a silent observer of this forum...

The journey so far is as below:

Application Rcd: 28-08-2014
NOC: 1111
Visa Office: NDVO
CC Charged: 23-11-2014
PER: 15-12-2014
MR: waiting......

Here the concern is, it's been approximate 92 days since PER, No updates from CHC New Delhi. Not even second line update....

Need some inputs from forum members......

I have observed that especially NOC 1111 is not in movement as I haven't observed any MR from NOC 1111.

Is there any problem with this NOC 1111 ? Why this NOC's files are not being taken for processing?????

There are people from NDVO who have received PER post 15th December and their files were already got opened.

In my case, still second line to update....

Need accurate inputs ........

By that logic, you should expect yours too soon, hopefully within this month.

PCC in itself is a clearance that advises no adverse remarks towards you and their go ahead to issue you a Canadian Visa.
Embassy will not further scrutinise it. Hence this doc is collected in original.

A dealing officer for PCC at Gurgaon main police station told me that they usually receive communication from Embassies to authenticate the provided PCC.

I had an untimely and unfortunate death of my Father this week. I am still waiting for my MR. My timelines are noted on the left. Should I raise a CSE to NDVO about my Father's demise?

Just got an email from VFS with following text:

We would like to inform you that your processed passport or a letter has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 17 Mar 2015 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.

Could there be something wrong? I submitted my passports on last Friday to VFS. VFS delivered those passports to London Visa office on Friday evening. So technically Visa office opened my passports / application only yesterday. Is it possible that they have stamped my passport and returned everything in just 1 day?

Considering Visa office is only about 30 minutes away from VFS, our passports should be ready for collection later today!

Can anybody give us some releif by telling that why some May and june applications are stuck up in NDVO?

I am june 4 applicant 2132 NOC

No 22nd line nothing.

There are many May applicants too i know..

But please all are requested to stand with us through this waiting time....It kills us!!!!!

Thanks CanOl. Just a couple of minutes ago I received another email and text message confirming that my passport is ready for collection. Collection timing is between 4 & 5 PM. I'll go there and grab it! Fingers crossed. Hopefully Visa Officer didn't change his/her mind at the last step and returned my passport by stamping REFUSED on my passport

I just called CIC to know the status, they said my application was sent back on 9 february after the Global cap was filled.
My app date was 30th Dec, NOC 0121.

This was my 2nd application after my NOC 2171 was earlier rejected because NOC was capped, App date 25th Sept.
Its over for me now!
