Need URGENT HELP

My friend whos not in this forum received a mail frol Columbo VO. He's from NDVO.

The mail states that he has misrepresented his application and further mentions that OPEN SOURCE INFORMATION HAS HIM WORKING FOR DIFFERENT COMPANY IN ANOTHER CAPACITY CONTRARY TO HIS CLAIMED EMPLOYMENT.
They have asked him to provide further supporting documents within 30 days.

Please can anyone let me know wat this " Open source info" means and how can we help him out. As per my knowledge, he has not misrepresented the file.
PLease help.

maybe they mean info publicly available like social networking sites, Google search, etc.

Hello all. I am an August applicant. I received ppr recently. I have two passports. The new one is recently updated as the old one is not machine readable. however, I have sent the bio page print of the old passport. Now, while sending the passport, should I only send the new passport or the old passport too.

Mate further supporting documents in the sense, salary account bank statements, pay slips, Form 16, Tax slips, etc,. This clear up everything

VIVVISVK, your friend should check his profile once to see if it was recently visited by CIC.

By that logic, you should expect yours too soon, hopefully within this month.

For 2nd application.:

We received your application for permanent residence on December XX, 2014.

We started processing your application on March XX, 2015

For 1st application :

we received your application for permanent residence on October XX, 2014.

We started processing your application on March YY, 2015.

We withdrew your application on March YY, 2015 and your file has been closed.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.



they closed 2132 application themselves & continued 2232 which was submitted later. Dont know logic or any implications but just want to share here.
