I've a couple of meaningless but curious questions. Please answer them at your leisure!

Is there a thing called 5th line Update on ECAS? i.e. Does ECAS status update after Decision Made?

And how long is this info available on ECAS? i.e. Does my ECAS status die after few days or weeks?

For what I know, it updates after landing and possibly even after getting citizenship. Congrats on your PPR, by the way!

Any advice on when will be MR request coming in?

Just do not know whether to wait for response from my VO or I should just inform him in advance.

If your ECHO is correct....essentially you need to challenge that ECG was not taken properly..it might be a machine fault or person fault....You should get a ECG done at the same hospital just like a normal patient...and send the "Normal Report" to NDVO as a CSE or physically...CSE is better as they will have no means to handle a physical copy.

3. Medical results have been received.

4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.





What does this mean ??? what happens next please someone let us know thanks

Congrats buddy..... Decision made after Medicals received often means PPR request in the coming days.

Any documents that are to be updated towards your file need to be done through a CSE (Case Specific enquiry) PFB the link.

Yes that's correct. Use the CSE.
Also dont expect a confirmation of updation. Unfortunately NDVO doesnt comeback with any ack but the file will be updated.
