How quickly can we expect CIC - Ottawa to process the next steps in the application? I have already submitted MR, Medicals, RPRF. The only they needed was the FBI PCC which I will be sending this Thursday.

Dear Vinodh,

Congratulations on your PPR!!

Your situation depends on when you intend to travel. Your wife is only 2 months pregnant. It is not necessary to let the VO know about this if she is travelling with you now. It is advisable for both of you to travel together and good if the child is delivered in Canada, as he/she will be born a Canadian citizen. If your wife has no health problems, she is safe to travel till the 6th month after which the airlines will not allow and is a risk.

Getting a visa and then bringing your child to Canada will be time consuming.

Yes, you can get your PR card, come back and then return after 5-6 months.

All the best!!

Thanks mate.

90% I dont think we can travel before the pregnancy.
How will I support her in a new country and without a job in hand. Also how long will it take to get the Medical card, before she can start visiting the doctor.

Given that I believe it is better to stick to process kids PR visa after he/she is born.

I would like to know how to inform NDVO of this detail and will it result in delay in stamping the visa in passport for myself and my spouse?

Anyone has any experience in this?

Thanks
Vinodh

Thank you for your response.+1 from me for your contribution on the forum.
As I know, few applicants got rejected even after PER and they were not given a chance to explain what actually has happened to them. They got deceision made status on their ecas prior MR. Do you know the reason?

Its most probably because of insufficient jobs/duties on the employment reference letter/ negative Background verification, however in that case too Local VO should give an opportunity to the applicant to represent himself.

If they applicants feel that the rejection was due to some misunderstanding or VO did not give a chance to the applicant to present his side, the applicant appeal the decision within a stipulated time from when he receives a rejection letter

Hi Friends,

How many applicants with Visa Office Warsaw, Polland ???

Guys CIC has slept over this VO. No one is working here?? anyone who got the MR or even 2nd Line update please reply.

Sorry I didn't got the clear answer? Any one can have similar experiences or knowledge?
Thx

You will be required to go for additional serum creatinine blood test and ECG (if required). However, if you are not taking any medicine for your high lipid then in my opinion you are not required to tell this to your physician. Your physician will himself search out through high BP, if there. Otherwise, creatinine and ECG will be not required.

High Lipid of yours and spouse thyroid will not be create any problem in your med.

Dear Seniors,
Please help on below query. There is no Surname (Family Name) in my wife's Passport but by mistake CIC team has kept Given name space blank and under Family name they have put the Given Name sin Medical form IMM 1017E. Can this be corrected at hospital ? Find below screenshot.
Given_Name.jpg

In case the applicant doesn't have Family name, Given name is filled in family name field.

Please see the link below for further clarification.
