Hey Seniors
One more help needed!!

As I have already discuss with you guys that I have TB gland in neck and that was fully cured since 2010.
Now I am waiting for my medicals.. File received date is - 19th Nov,2014
I am reading this forum and got information that in Medical exam they will ask for medical history
so my question is I need to tell them about my history about gland????
and if so then I lost my medical reports for this long ago so I don't have any proof to show them
then what will they do? is there any chance that they will reject my file due to this????

IMO, If you are fully cured, you do not need to worry. They will probably do a SPUTUM test which might delay the process by a couple of months. But they would not reject you.

1. Two persons ( PA and spouse) (fee should be paid separately or single payment) - Single Payment
2. For us it is CAD 980, it should be paid in CAD only or can I pay in INR ( if INR what is the amount for CAD 980) - If you are paying using Credit Card then it will be deducted in CAD, However if you choose to pay it through DD then your payment is in INR ( with the current Exchange rate, it is cheaper to pay by CC than DD)

3. Can I pay using ICICI bank Credit card - Yes, you can provided you have the international credit limit enabled.

4. plz explain me the process of payment :

  • Click on the fee link provided by NDVO in the email.
    Enter Applicants number as 2
Then choose to pay by CC
    Provide the details
After the transaction is successful, receipt is generated
    .
5. what documents should i save and take print after payment - Only the Payment receipt, at the end of the transaction, the site gives you an option to send the receipt to your email or you can choose to download it as PDF.

thanks a lot

Hello All,

Need some assistance.

As our Canadian PR process is under process now, I (spouse of primary) have chance for filing a USA H1-B permit for 2015. If applied and approved I will have to apply for H1-B visa and my spouse (Primary Applicant) for H4 visa. And also, start working in USA by Oct 1st or little later.

So my questions are:

1.) Since timeline of both processes are almost parallel, will that be an issue with CIC or local VO and should they be informed about this and when should that happen.
2.) Also, if PR process is not finished by my joining date in US of Oct 1st, can we both travel to USA and will that affect the process in any ways ?

Please let me know what should be my decision. At one hand PR process is important and on other hand it is one time chance to file H1-B. I am in some dilemma.

My time line so far:

Appl sent date: 21 Nov 2014
PER mail date: 12 Feb 2015

Thanks.

@Avinir I did not fill up the information mentioned in your post below, and did not receive an e-Medical information Report for my medical exam. Do I have to fill these and send again?

Bro fees can only be paid in CAD. You can pay 980 for two persons (PA and Spouse) single time. Yes you can pay fees with any credit card but you have to go to CIC website and click on online fees payment an select RPRF.
