Dear Sujan,

Payment of Fees

Fees are payable in Canadian dollars or Indian Rupees. Only bank drafts (demand drafts) or certified cheques are accepted; cash is not accepted for fee payment. The bank draft should be made for the exact amount and in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi.

Dear all,
I am june 26th applicant and got PER on october 27th. its almost 5 months i have not got any update from VO. No MR and no second line update as well.
My visa office is London..
Please help, why is this delay...

So guys, Lots of you getting MR and PPR. Great to hear that and all the best.

I know I have posted this before to but the wait is now a bit too much.

Its been 157 days since my application was received by CIC (9th October) but still no PER and no charge on my CC.
Got an email from CIC on 20th Feb asking for a fee again as they were unable to process my original DD for some reason (it will expire on 22nd March anyways). So I sent my credit card details to them on the same day. Still nothing is charged. :-[
So just wanted your suggestions seniors. should I go for GCMS notes?? Any ideas what could have happened to my application?

This forum is helpful with the wait times. Going thru pages after pages of information got to know a lot.. ;D
Hope I will get some suggestions from you guys.

I am a 5th August applicant processing started on 24th Jan.......no MR yet....

Dear Vinodh,

Congratulations on your PPR!!

Your situation depends on when you intend to travel. Your wife is only 2 months pregnant. It is not necessary to let the VO know about this if she is travelling with you now. It is advisable for both of you to travel together and good if the child is delivered in Canada, as he/she will be born a Canadian citizen. If your wife has no health problems, she is safe to travel till the 6th month after which the airlines will not allow and is a risk.

Getting a visa and then bringing your child to Canada will be time consuming.

Yes, you can get your PR card, come back and then return after 5-6 months.

All the best!!

My husband has epilepsy. He is on medication since last 4 years.

Our agent told us not mentioned this in our application as its not an infectious disease.

I am not sure whether this needs to be mentioned. Plz guide

Good Morning Friends.....

I got my PP visa stamped and COPR. Planning to land in May 1st week.

My Son is US Passport Holder. He did not get visa stamped on his passport but got COPR only. Is that all okay??

Guys really worried ,

Please help me out ...

I had sent the RPRF demand draft and medical sheets to NDVO on 7th March which was received by them on 9th March...

But astonishingly RPRF demand draft is still unpaid.... I am worried because I had sent the updated proof of funds to add my newborn baby.( Can it be a problem ?).. neither they have sent me the medicals for my newborn child...

What is the normal time for the RPRF demand draft encashment by NDVO?

Come on NDVO!!! Did thou go to El Dorado to fetch my second line???? Update pls...

Congratulations. Yes, that's ok because I have read that earlier on this forum. My daughter is also a US Passport Holder.

Could you please tell me when did you submit your passport to VFS, Delhi ? And when did you get it back ?

I submitted in person on 2nd March and still waiting.
