Hi,

Finally I've received my medical request. But that brings confusions as well.
Can someone please help me in couple of things :
1-Requests also asked me few more documents including "ORIGINAL BRITH CERTIFICATE FOR YOU CHILD" - I couldn't understand whether they are asking for my child's birth certificate or mine. Either they missed "r" and written YOU CHILD instead of YOUR CHILD or they have missed "AND" like "YOU CHILD" instead of "YOU AND CHILD" . Can someone please suggest ?
2- I understand that doctor will send report to them directly, what do i need to send to CIC for proof of completion of medical. Letter says "Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination FOR ALL"
3-I have complex medial situation and looking for attorney advice before going for medical exam. Can someone please suggest attorney who can give advice on this over the phone? I called couple of attorneys including attorney for canadavisa.com but they don't consider existing application and can only file new application.

My details are :
Federal Skilled worker - 2173
Filing from outside of Canada (From USA)
Home country: India
Visa Office: Delhi India
Application filed: July 31st
1st line of PER: Nov
2nd line of PER (Start processing on): Feb 2nd
Medical request: 11th March
Medical response: Would be cutting close, probably April 8th
Visa: In Dreams
Landed: In Dreams

Need not worry. You will get it back in another 1-2 days. Mine passport is also with visa office from 10th March.

Congratulations for your PER. If your file will be transferred either at Warsaw VO or Colombo VO then you must receive an email "AOR Mail" in a 25-40 days time. Or if, your file will be at NDVO only, then you will straight way receive an email for your Medicals in about 90-100 days. Otherwise you can call at CIC, NS after around 25-30 days, they will let you know the VO on your repeated request. All the best.

mine is saying "is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI". I sent it on 13th Mar, 2015 and today I received sms saying " has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office, Chandigarh".Is this so fast or anything to worry ???
