If you are paying through online it is $490 * 2. If you are paying through DD, then it is Rs 48400

Refer to http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng

Submit the below documents


DD on behalf of Canadian High Commission (Write your full name. File Number/Passport No behind. I suggest DD is the best option)
Request letter (*this is the one which you get to provide list of documents from CIO NDVO.)
Passport bio pages
PCC: Original (if you did not apply yet apply now)
Medical Receipts

Even I belong to the same NOC and from NDVO, I applied in july 28th and my second line on march 3rd 2015. so keep hope. everything will be fine..based on my timeline you may be updated in a week or two.. keep updated

HI friends

i need info - I completed upfront medicals for my student visa in november 2014, now i got medicals for fSW and went to same doctor for medicals, the doctor told me that my student upfront medicals are valid for one year and the same can be sent to NDVO for fsw. he says he has similar cases before.

Any of you have any comments about this. it will be truly helpful

Hi Sai,

I guess it is better to get the medicals done again. I agree with Jaxon that if your previous medicals are accepted then your visa will be valid only until Nov 2015.

Good morning guys,

So my and my wife have booked our trip to Canada, it is for only a week to activate the visa and process the pr card.

Is there anything I should be aware of? Particularly around the card and sending it to a friend's address? I have been reading and that seems like a common practice (and allowed). Please advise on how we should proceed on arrival.

App date - 18th Aug
PER - 6th Dec
Second Line on ECAS - 11th Feb 2015
MR & RPRF - 13th March
SS updated.

Quick queries.

Only below activities needs to be done ?

1. I need to send the photocopies of passport along with RPRF (After 16th March) receipt by courier to NDVO directly of all members ?
2. Submit IMM 1017E with Passport copies, Photographs to hospital and they will send the report to NDVO ?

I have received MR request on 13th March, I have not included IELTS of spouse. Should i send the same now with RPRF ?

No need to send now as points calculation is already done much earlier.
