Hi all,

Received GCMS notes which shows that I got 67 points in the eligibility section. While it is enough, the actual points should be 69.
The reason is that the CIC officer counted two years of experience. But I submitted referenced letters from my employers for four years on the required NOC [2281].

My VO has already started processing my application, but still no MR. Not sure if I need to ask them to recalculate the points.

Please advise,

thanks

guys got some gud news to share! just checked my ecas status and second line has been updated: We started processing your application on 9th march, 2015. How soon can I expect my medical request as per the general trend? Please find below my timeline:

App date: 22nd August 2014
PER: 11th December 2014
2nd Line Updated: 13th March 2015
NOC: 1212
VO: London

Seniors kindly advise how long before medical request?

Trend says within 15 days of receiving the 2nd line update (unless your app requires extensive verif or too many companies to verify your experience with).

ALL THE BEST

Hi everyone,

I have sent the application package to Sydney on 24th October 2014, but still my card was not charged. What can I do to move the process forward?

They moved past October applications long ago. If your CC is not charged, then your file is on its way back.

Re: FSW 2014 Applicants Timeline- REQUEST FOR PASSPORT SUBMISSION

Hi All,

I got mail from CPC Ottawa for passport submission Smiley Smiley

I am currently living in USA. At Step 3 in e-mail
"STEP 3: SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS If you and your dependants reside in Canada"

they have mentioned the steps to send and receive passport for people on Canada. But there is no mention for people living in USA.

Shall i follow the same steps as Canada residence? It is bit confusing. Any help will be appreciated..

Thanks!

Raij1

What's your timeline?
Congrats!!

Re: FSW 2014 Applicants Timeline- REQUEST FOR PASSPORT SUBMISSION

July and august applicants will get their PPR soonif they have provided their PCC which of latest date. I would advice u people to get a new PCC as soon as you receive ur MR bcse this increases the chances of quick PPR and quick background check.

This forum is of great help and i would require all the members of this forum to update their timelines either on their status bar or in their message for any updation. Whenever a person gets PPR or MR or PER its gives satisfaction to other members.

Frankly speaking i think this forum has giveb me so much knowledge that i m a half consultant ;D

Hi.

Now a days processing delays are happening .

They Aug and sep applicants are waiting for second line update & MR.

And there is a chance that your file will be transfered to other visa offices(Colombo).

If so you can expect it by April first week else be ready for the long wait .

My 2 cents.....It is recommended to get it done in NDVO. By requesting a transfer to SGVO...your processing can delayed.

Senior's can provide more info...
