How do you know that CIIP sessions are available in Bangalore. I am from Bangalore & I am interested to attend the session in person... But not able to locate any pointers for CIIP sessions in Bangalore. Please share the info... When I am trying to register, its only showing New Delhi as the option...

Any others from Bangalore planning to attend CIIP sessions... Please share the information...

Thanks in advance

What is your timeline and current country of Residence ?
if he can land before the baby borne he can save considerable time processing his file

Hello,
I am unable to login to ecas since today. I was able to login for the past 2 months. I have tried both UCI number and File number in combination with all lower case of last name.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Thanks

You got right buddy. RFV is indeed "Ready for Visa". You should get PPR in next or 2nd batch for sure. +1 and its 100 for you.

ECU-RFV means "ECONOMIC CLASS UNIT - READY FOR VISA". Once check is done it will change to "RVF Check Completed". Nothing to be scared of bro. You are almost done. :)

+1 for your continuous support, even after becoming a PR!

Hi Goku/Diplo/canOl and other experienced members. Need Help

I got my GCMS today.
E-cas 3rd line updated on 5th Jan 2015.

While I still am trying to understand the file. The latest note entry on 9th Feb say's " File requested for RFV check"

Does that imply that the VO has asked for a second opinion on the case?
How frequent is this?

I believe RFV is Ready for Visa email (PPR)

just one more check and you are ready to go.

Can someone please confirm how the end date of the VISA is decided? Is it 1 year from the date of medical?

You are right. But if outside Canada its not possible to land as his wife's due date is July (5 month pregnant). It risky to travel though air after 6-7 month.
That's the reason I asked for timeline and country of residence. :)

How much delay will it have in my processing?
Will I get my Visa before my baby is born or Visa office will grant visa only after my new born's medical is done?

ECAS updated by VO .. March 4th
MR and RPRF received ... March 12th

I saw my friends visa today.
It's exactly a year form the day VO receives the meds back.

Ok. You have to inform them before you send them your passport for stamping or before Decision Made. Now you have to decide you want your child to be Canadian Citizen or US Citizen. If you want him to be Canadian Citizen than all you have to do is complete you landing before your wife gives birth to a child. If you want him to be US citizen then you will have to add your child in to application, and you can inform about your wife's condition anytime you want. But then they will hold your application until your wife gives birth to your child, after birth you will have to inform VO about it. Then pay processing fee, submit forms, do medical, submit photos and copies of your child passport copy, and then they will issue you VISA and COPR.
