Hi Guys, I started following this forum very recently and since then seeing many posts and updates from many of you... It is such a helpful and informative forum here.... Thank you so much all of you..

I finally received my PPR mail today...
Exactly after 3 months from the date of dispatching PCC and RPRF. Will send my passport on Monday via VFS Bangalore. ;D

My timeline:
NOC : 2174
App sent: 23 May 2014
Medicals received: 21 Nov
RPRF sent: 13 Dec
PPR : 13 March

I hope all of you who are waiting for MR/ PPR gets it soon...

Hi Seniors, need your help urgently.

My time lines

Application sent : 09-July-2014
PER : 04-Nov-2014
MR : 10-Jan-2015
Medicals done : 22-Jan-2015
3rd line update : 30-Jan-2015.
My Passport validity : Nov 2023
My spouse passport validity : 27 Sep 2015

We are now waiting for our PPR. At this stage, we got a call from NDVO on 09-Mar-2015.

The lady said, if we want they can print the VISA on the existing passport but we need to travel before Sep 2015.
Also, the PR visa is not transferable to the new Passport.

Also, I heard the VISA or passport should be 6 months valid by the time we are traveling.

By keeping all this in mind, we told her that we will get the passport renewed and send before march 2015 ending.

She said, we will issue the PPR once you send the new passport copy.

QUERY : Will we receive any mail from NDVO with reference to this call. Or we can send the copy of new passport to them directly.

We are very confused now. Sorry for this big post but i am so Panic . Kindly help with my query .

Can anyone help/tell me ?

I didnt get PPR mail but Got DM ( 4th line on 24th feb)
I checked my trash junk all mail but no PPR mail
if NDVO sent mail and i didnt get PPR mail
so as per timeline which NDVO provided ...Will they reject my application
I raised CSE twice time and called several time to NDVO but getting no responce

Nothing to worry.

just came to know that the ecas status have been updated to decision made and received PPR mail too...wow ..did not expected this...i am july 4th applicant . July applicants , our wait is over ...GOOD LUCK for you all ..

VISA will be stamped on the passport with having atleast 6 months validity. You get your spouse passport renewed at the earliest under Tatkal scheme and send the scanned images of the updated passport to NDVO directly raising CSE. You might not be receiving any mail from NDVO for the same. And there is no fun in waiting for the mail from NDVO as well.

Earliest action will guarantee earliest PPR from NDVO. So start early.... All the best
