2 July Credit Card charged.
10 Aug PER E-mail.
23 Sep. PCC request 4 Countries.
19 Nov Medical RPRF Request.
5 Dec Medical Done.
15 Dec 3rd Line updated.
20 Feb Passport Request.
25 Feb passport Received at NDVO through DHL / Courier.
12 March Passport received Back with Visa through registered Indian post Service.

It could get delayed. I have read posts of people still getting it same day.
A lot would matter on the officer who picks your case and PSK.

I have a doubt I am working in Bangalore and my permanent address is in Kerala. I am going to apply for PCC. Current address is not same as Passport, because of this reason PCC will get delayed?

CSE is used to updated case details to VO.
NDVO CSE page categorically mentions that they will not acknowledge any request. Implying that you need to assume the changes you requested have been made.

Can anyone tell and guide

When NDVO will reply or take action on CSE
( any time frame/Limit)

Please share if anyone get response from NDVO for CSE
