Hi Every one,

Good morning.

Finally, i received an email from CIC, but not PER. Its NER :-\. My application was rejected as i do not meet the required points of 67. I have completed Bachelores Degree B. Com (3 Years) and Post Graduation MHRM (2 Years). I have gone through WES for my credential Evaluation and it considered & stated, Canada Equivalency - Bach deg (4 Years) & PG (1 Year).

I spoke to my consultant, he said Its a miscalculation by CIC. Even he shared a link

and based on the link, we prepared to send an email to CIC.

Seniors, please suggest me is there any chance of considering my case. Am I eleigible for 67 points ?? Please please reply me.

If there is a miss-calculation on part of CIC then they will revert their decision. This has happened in the past. Make sure you send out a detailed query to them with all details and explaining your calculation.

Anybody who submitted their passports with VFS, New Delhi on March 2nd 2015 (last monday) in person and are still waiting for the passports back from VFS ??
