Guys i need your assistance.
i got my Passports with visa stamped. at the filling of application i filled Regina as my destination where as now i want to land in Vancouver or Toronto.

is there any restriction or objection if i land in Vancouver instead of Regina. i just came to know that 3 yrs back they rejected the one case of a lady as she landed at different destination not on that mentioned in the application form.

As per my Knowledge we can land anywhere in canada as FSW applicant.

hope to see replies from the seniors or friends who already landed.

I doubt the main reason this person was rejected was because of their landing destination.

I live in Victoria and the address I had on my COPR says Victoria, BC but landed in Toronto and everything was fine.

I guess the analysis of MR within 15-20 days of second line update stands outdated, as most of us including my self are nearing the 30 days wait period for MR after second line.


Come on NDVO ... We want to see MR news being shared on this Forum now....been a while since we saw MR requests and happiness related to that in this forum.

Seniors pls advise.

I have submitted my passport to NDVO, yesterday.

Instead of filling up the information chart in passport request letter; I created the same format in excel and typed it; and then provided it is a separate sheet. Could it create problem?

It should not as per my knowledge

rather get it renewed now under tatkal scheme and send photocopy along with mr and rprf docs once you complete Medicals

Brad, nothing to loose hope about yet. You should have news on you screening by this month end.
As a UCI has not been assigned to you yet, thus the CIC operator may not have been able to get your details.
CIC loosing or forgetting application sounds too far fetched.

Seniors please assist with your advice!!!!!

NOC - 1212, CIC app received date - Dec18, Payment mode - DD

I checked with my bank and as off Mar 3rd my DD has still not been en-cashed. I called CIC yesterday and the agent asked me only for my full name and date of birth. After checking he told me that he is not able to locate my details in the system. What does this mean?????? Is my package not yet opened itself????? DHL has confirmed the delivery so I hope CIC has not lost or forgotten my application.

Anyone else has a similar experience or know of someone who has encountered the same??? I remember seeing a post from a UK applicant who also applied on the same NOC and app reached CIC on Dec18 and his DD en-cashed on Feb20.
