Tendered literally means offered. Try calling FedEx for clarity and Proof of receipt.

Do anyone have idea what is tendered to agent for final delivery? in FedEx? I have sent my PCC documents to CIC new delhi and it shows this msg. Is it mean that third party like postal department is going to do delivery to CIC? courier company is not allowed in CIC or what?
how can I come to know that my documents reached to CIC?

I provided my bank statement when i applied for PR.Subsequently I bought a property thinking that my application will not go through.Now i have received me,pcc,proof of Fine.I do Boy have sufficient fund.can i show the land as proof of fund.

Will that leas to rejection.please advise.

Canada Immigration does not accept Property valuation for POF.
You can show, Historical Bank statements/Savings under FD/ePFO statement to claim funds in PF.
You can claim 100% of the above for you and your wife and 50% if its joint with your parents.

I have a question.
If one lands in Canada, driving from Detroit to Windsor and completes the Landing Formalities.
PR may be received in Canada after 2-3 months, and then returns to US (L1 or H1 visa) and is not a US citizen,
Can he return to Canada before he gets his PR card ?

you can enter Canada by road in private vehicle

Thanks to all of you for being such a support. I say this truly, because it is all due to this thread it has been possible. It all started here only. I was very active earlier but from past few months replying here and there and actively in the Ottawa thread. My timelines on left, but here are few specifics to those interested -

In 2013, I wanted to apply but missed collecting all docs. So that year I completed my IELTS, collected experience letter from previous employers.
In Feb 2014, I went to India got my marksheets attested from University for WES assessment.
Till Apr 2014 second week, I didn't sent my marksheets for WES assessment - lazy bum I'm. Thought will get it done when time comes.
Apr 15 2014, I woke up with news that FSW will be underway by May 1, submitted WES assessment that day only.
Meanwhile, completed my application - got birth cert etc from embassy. Got spouse birth cert translated...what not to complete the app.
Experience letter from current employer - I wrote a crisp cover letter explaining why I've only got a generic letter from HR as it might jeopardize my existing employment scene, and for my duties, salary, I attached my payslips, work contract, H1B sponsorship package, my certifications etc.
May 22 2014 - My app was received by Ottawa and rest was processing till today (timelines on left). Getting FBI PCC took 3.5 months - those waiting apply ASAP.

PPR - Feb 13th 2015
Passport received by CPC-O - Feb 19th
Visa Issued - Feb 26th
Tracker Activated - Mar 6th
Passport received back - Mar 9th

So happy to complete this process for us. Hope you all complete your journey soon and get the most awaited email of PPR. We'll be landing sometime in September. Thanks again. :-* :-*

Will be updating SS in a while.

land and property can be shown as assets but not settlement funds. Try to show some other liquid funds as settlement funds in case asked.

Historical meaning max 10-15 days old for a period of 6 months from the date you sent the reply to VO.

Is there any way to get in touch with NDVO to get confirmation that my file is with them and not with any other Visa office. Also, I sent documents related to Change on family composition, Job change etc to NDVO but no acknowledgement.

Along with PCC, MR & RPRF request...they have asked for last three months bank statement...
he cannot give that as he has utilized that funds for buying property.

I believe settlement fund is what he has to carry while doing the 1st entry....isn't it?
He will have that fund in hand while doing the 1st entry....

but, the problem is....3 months bank statement??!!!
