What is your job responsibility under NOC 1212? Is it Bank Clerk Supervisor or ? I think d VO issues are on ur inability to meet the lead statement requirements and performing job duties satisfactorily.

Kindly check your JD reference letter well and see where you think you av not done well. You could share you JD Ref letter if you don't mind for constructive assistance.

Cheers.

Dear seniors please help me. Today I have received an email from SVO which is as follows:

From:
Date:
To
Subject: Canada Immigration FSW
Date: March 9, 2015
Application:

Dear Applicant,

I have assessed your application and there is insufficient evidence to show that you meet the minimal requirements as per subsection 75(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. Subsection 75(2) states that a foreign national is a skilled worker if:

(a) within ten years preceding the date of their application for a permanent resident visa, they have at least one year of continuous full-time employment (30 hours/week) experience, or the equivalent in continuous part-time employment in one or more occupations, other than a restricted occupation, that are listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Levels A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix;

(b) during that period of employment they performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification; and

(c) during that period of employment they performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, including all of the essential duties.

I am not satisfied that you meet all three parts of these requirements. You have provided insufficient evidence to satisfy me that you have performed the action described in the lead statement, and a substantial number of the main duties, of the occupation as set out in NOC 1212 Supervisors, finance and insurance office workers.

If you have any additional information to add to your application you should forward this to our office within thirty (30) days of the date of this email and send it to our office by email, fax, or mail, using the address in the signature block below.

If you do not respond to this request within 30 days, your application will be assessed based on the information currently on file and may result in the refusal of your application.

Along with application I sent experience certificate where my job descriptions was stated and my job duties are more than 70% matched with that of NOC 1212.Now I am confused, what additional information should I send to satisfy them? Please advise me.

My job exp. is 10+ years.

Hi Friend,

Nothing alarming here. Usually your file is sent to the VO basis you location.
When you get your MR, you will be advised the address to send your docs, that is the when you know the linked VO.

Unless you need to reach VO upfront for any updates, I wouldnt worry much right now.

Assuming its NDVO and you in UAE, at a later stage you can request your VO change for passport stamping.

Hi All,

I am an indian residing in UAE, I had sent my application on 1st week of december, due to revised form, I was unable to set a preference of NDVO as visa office. I have received my PER on 2nd of this month and I wonder which VO my file will be transferred to.

Also want to know if my application gets transferred to NDVO, will i have to be physically in india on receiving PPR?

Ok, now is the time to stay calm and not panic.
Use this time to draft a detailed response linking you JD to the NOC lead statement and the example roles.

Pointers
- You supervisory experience needs to be in Account's payable.
- Have a team, lead them, appraise them, roster them.
- Active QC for operations
- Work to requisition supplies and inventory management
- Perform TNI.
- Highlight if you are company trained on things such as Conflict resolution, SL2 etc.

Feel free to PM me for help.
