Dear seniors please help me. Today I have received an email from SVO which is as follows:

From:
Date:
To
Subject: Canada Immigration FSW
Date: March 9, 2015
Application:

Dear Applicant,

I have assessed your application and there is insufficient evidence to show that you meet the minimal requirements as per subsection 75(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. Subsection 75(2) states that a foreign national is a skilled worker if:

(a) within ten years preceding the date of their application for a permanent resident visa, they have at least one year of continuous full-time employment (30 hours/week) experience, or the equivalent in continuous part-time employment in one or more occupations, other than a restricted occupation, that are listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Levels A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix;

(b) during that period of employment they performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification; and

(c) during that period of employment they performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, including all of the essential duties.

I am not satisfied that you meet all three parts of these requirements. You have provided insufficient evidence to satisfy me that you have performed the action described in the lead statement, and a substantial number of the main duties, of the occupation as set out in NOC 1212 Supervisors, finance and insurance office workers.

If you have any additional information to add to your application you should forward this to our office within thirty (30) days of the date of this email and send it to our office by email, fax, or mail, using the address in the signature block below.

If you do not respond to this request within 30 days, your application will be assessed based on the information currently on file and may result in the refusal of your application.

Along with application I sent experience certificate where my job descriptions was stated and my job duties are more than 70% matched with that of NOC 1212.Now I am confused, what additional information should I send to satisfy them? Please advise me.

Hi,

I received Acknowledgement letter from Colombo VO. I choose NDVO as LVO. In the first PER mail they mentioned that my file is transferring to Dakar.

In the letter they mentioned reason is for fast processing.

Thanks,
VMNDA

Confused. Ndvo, Lvo, Colombo or Dakar?

I guess you want to say your file is transferred to Dakar vo. :)

YES, YOU NEED TO BE WORRIED!

BUT NOT ABOUT WHEN WILL YOU GET YOUR PASSPORT. WORRY ABOUT HOW WILL YOU FIND A DECENT PLACE TO STAY, A DECENT JOB AND A GOOD START TO YOUR NEW LIFE IN CANADA!

OTHERWISE, WAIT FOR TWO MORE WEEKS BEFORE YOU START WORRYING ABOUT PASSPORT DELIVERY!

You can carry funds in cash (people generally carry approx 2000-3000) and rest in the form of DD or TCs.

Yes you can also open account with Scotia bank through kotak bank and transfer the funds from here. But you should fully understand the term and conditions, timings of bank that suits you, number of free transactions they are providing and any other limitations. Banking in canada is not at all alike in India.

Just another update I got that TD bank has extended working hours till 8 PM, not sure about scotia bank.

Hope this information will help you in makimg decision

Good luck

+1 to you bro

Congrats

What all doc NDVO is sending us back with passport

Passports, CORPA, +

Are they returning Original IELTS, Credential Evaluation rep, PCC's or any other original documents submitted.

All the documents that you provided to NDVO either originals or copies are part of their official record now and none of them will be returned.

You will only receive passport and COPR back.

Reposting - please reply - I am very worried - almost in tears

Hi All,

Has anyone got Misrepresentation Verification - in Process in thier GCMS.

Please let me know, what do I expect next?
By when should I expect from NDVO, my timelines are
File recvd - 13th June
PER - 15th Oct
2nd line - 20th Nov
GCMS - file generated on 03rd Feb 2015 (however I recvd the file on 05th March 2015)

in all probability, physical verification will be initiated. Just stay relaxed in case you have been honest and have not done anything wrong.
