I have another question. My consultant told me to write my name and DOB behind photographs. However in PPR mail they have suggested to write name of the name of photographer and date of photographs being taken.
Plz clarify what to do as I am confused.

write your name, Dob, date the photo was taken and name of photo studio on the back side of one photo

Finally......Received MR, RPRF, PCC on 6th March. 8) My timeline is on the left.

My spouse had received a job verification call on 3rd March by SGVO on some clarification. Till then there had been no 2nd line update. The 2nd line was updated on 6th march..... we started processing.... on 3rd March.

Files are moving at SGVO.. patience is the key here.. and yes keep praying... the waiting will end soon.. we have waited for 7 long years

While submitting the passport at vfs I only mentioned the Name & address of the photo studio and the date the photo was taken. I didn't mention my name and DOB on the back of the photo as it was not specified in the instruction in PPR email, neither I was asked to do so by vfs staff.

Will it cause any issue? I'm yet to receive my passport back.

Please let me know, what do I expect next?
By when should I expect from NDVO, my timelines are
File recvd - 13th June
PER - 15th Oct
2nd line - 20th Nov
GCMS - file generated on 03rd Feb 2015 (however I recvd the file on 05th March 2015)

Hi HDG,

"misrepresentation check in process" means that the the visa officer reviewing your file suspects that some documents you submitted are not genuine and hence has tirgerred a misrepresentation check.

You dont have to worry if all your documents and background form are genuine and complete. It could also be that your file would have been randomly picked as part of audit as well.

anyway, just pray and don loose hope, everything will work our fine.

Can you post your timelines please, if you dont mind.

it's nowhere mentioned to write applicant's Name and DOB, so no worries.

Hello all need some help from you all ...

Myself and Mywife we both have submitted or MR few days back .

Friday we have received an email From CIC LON , asking an explanation for not mentioning about US visa rejection back in 2013 . I have applied for USA visa as a dependent from UK when my wife was doing her masters . But the VO at US embassy took about 2 mins reading my application and suggested to re apply after my wife was issued with H1 . WE never tought this was a rejection , as there was no rejection stamp or a Letter issued By US embassy. may be we misunderstood the visa process for USA . I want to explain the same . Can this result in rejection ? did anyone had similar experiences??

None of the document submitted with application is returned.You get passport and corp.
