If one has to resubmit the background form to visa office then what is the procedure,
1) Should he download the latest version of the form from the site and fill it or he needs to send the same version that he used while submitting it first time.
2) Is sending the form electronically through CAS link is enough or he is also required to post the hard copy as well.
3) In case sending it electronically through CAS link is enough, what to do about fields that can’t be filled electronically like signature.
