My second line update on 09-oct and its been 5 month nothing happened .. No mr, no phone call no background check.. Even ndvo is not responding to any query.. Any one please suggest what's goin on.. Any one in the same situation or any one got mr after 2-3 month of second line. Please reply

Congrats to all who received PER/2nd line/MR/DM and PPR

Its gonna almost be 1 month since i got my Second line update saying "We started processing your application on Feb 12th" Any idea what could be the reason for delay.

Is it because now NDVO is mainly focussing on DM/PPR now and the the MR gates will or is there any other obstacle.

Anyone with the same second line received MR from NDVO

I understand primary applicant must visit first within a year, should dependent applicants also visit within a year or can they visit after a year?

There has been a couple of second line updates with PER date post 16th Dec but most like us are still waiting for any further update.

It seems that NDVO wants to issue PPR to all completed applications before picking up the another lot of applications for processing. Hopefully, we too will see second line updates the coming week or the one following it.

ANYBODY OUT THERE TO ANSWER MY QUERY? I DONT SEE ANY NOC 3012 COMMENTING OR POSTING anything. I Got my PER ON DEC 15 but still waiting. No second line update no mr? Two months gone. Pls comment.

Hi Sebrina,

A lot of applicants who received PER post 12th Dec are still waiting for 2nd line updates and MRs. Apparently, the wait period from PER to MR has increased to 90+ days now.

2. Two Photographs : 35 mm x 45 mm size, 25 mm and 30 mm face size, one photograph bearing name and complete address of the photo studio and the date the photo was taken.

3. Forwarding letter having my information ( in the formate provided in my PPR mail.)

4. Copy of my PPR mail.

I will be sending my PP via Bluedart.

to the address : The Immigration Officer,
Canadian High Commission,
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri,
P.O. Box 5209
New Delhi-110021, India



Please confirm these information. Is everything correct ?? M i missing something.

But You can send it through VFS. It will be much better ans easier

actually my consultant recommended me to go for bluedart.

Is that ok if i go for it instead of VFS ? is bluedart safe ?

All the applicants in one application will have same visa validity-about one year from medicals, so the all have to land within one year of medicals.

You can submit and collect from VFS in Nehru Place.Opt for sms facility .you will get a message for collection.If you send through Blue dart.you will get it back in normal post as embassy does not use courier for sending it back.

Thanks a Lot for your advice in the mail there no time frame mentioned. Also nothing of that sort.
Is it due to my baby documents the entire process is getting delayed right..??
Another thing after giving them these documents do the process go to the next level I mean does the medicals right..

Hi Experts, Champions & Heroes,
Is it fine to call my VO in Manila to inquire about the updates of my application? Or ask my immigration consultant to inquire for me? Will they do that?
We received our PER / UCI # from CIC & Immigration Consultant and that the application was sent for processing already. Until now, there is no update.
We are dying to leave the country and no communication yet.
