Issuing PPR based on NOC seems to make sense as many members reported their PPR who have done their medicals in the same timelines as you and me.

My friend (NOC 2173) Kumar001 has got his PPR request yesterday. He is June 20 applicant and we share CLOSE timelines (PER, Medicals received, done and third line updates)

Moreover another member 'arkscan' who share our same NOC didn't receive any communication.

Just like you've confirmed I am also hoping to receive good news within next week or so.

BTW, Do you have any travel history? From my end, I have couple but with very less duration (3 months in oz, and 45 days in Singapore)

This question may be weird but many people have in their mind - what are the chances of interview and rejection rate after medicals are received and confirmed from CIC or NDVO?

The % of interview or rejection is very very slim. I know these thoughts keep bothering us since its too long a wait and we are filled with our own thoughts and doubts. Especially since this opportunity is a huge decision.
But as i look back its a WAIT game once you have done your bit submitted all your documentation meticulously. SO dont get worried abt it .. even if it take a few weeks more than the trend.

As for the travel history, i dont think its a big differential - ive travelled a bit myself.. but i believe unless you have have spent time in war troubled areas, the checks are simple and it doesnt really matter.. most of the countries share 2-3 max intelligence databases so its easy to check....

Decision Made:-A Decision has been made to my file.

I got my PPR Request yesterday

Should I worry or is my timeline within normal timeframe ??

I am Sept 11th Applicant with NOC 4011 and PER on 31st Dec.My VO is Newdelhi.But today I received an e mail from Coloubo that my file has been transferred to Colombo ,Srilanka office.

Did it happnen to anyone.

Actually I was waiting for the second line update and I got this news.So will this delay the process of application again.

can you'll please tell me the tentative time for Colombo VO to receive MR.

Brother Chemical, not advisable to wait till last minute. Raise a CSE now with explanation and also when you send your passports give a letter linking to you CSE communication.

Dear Friends...


Please suggest, does PCC issued from PSK, India mentions all residence addresses that are written in form along with the dates.
OR
PCC just mentions the current address with the date.
OR
PCC only mentions the name of person, passport number and good character.

I need this information to take decision on how should I proceed further. Actually, I got my passport renewed from DELHI in January. In Feb I relocated to Bangalore. Now CIC has asked for PCC. I do not have any of the required address proof for Bangalore. I was thinking that should I go to Delhi and ask for PCC from PSK.
I have already sent information of my relocation and new passport to CIC office.

So, if PCC will mention the address then I will have to go through Bangalore. Or else, I can go through DELHI only. I need to submit my PCC to VISA office before 10th April.
Any suggestions please.

They may record the changes on your file and still not reply back with an acknowledgement.
So don't wait for that.
Send you new PP for stamping when you have it along with the old passport with the explanation letter.

I have a new born baby, how could i notify CIC about that?

Is it through the Visa office after receiving AOR directly? So i send all the documents to VO not to CIC?
Also what documents are required for the new KID?
-Passport
-Born proof Certificate
-Which CIC Application Form and any necessary documents are else needed?

Still no third line updation.

Hi Experts, Champions & Heroes,
Is it fine to call my VO in Manila to inquire about the updates of my application? Or ask my immigration consultant to inquire for me? Will they do that?
We received our PER / UIC # from CIC & Immigration Consultant and that the application was sent for processing already. Until now, there is no update.
We are dying to leave the country and no communication yet.
