yes BG check more time with more no. of companies, that could be a possible reason

Mean while collect all pCC if not submitted with application

Hi,

I submitted all the PCCs along with the application, only one PCC was pending which I sent along with Name addition of my new born to NDVO. Now, I am worried that if they might have changed my VO then what will happen to my original PCC and DD sent along with that. It is very difficult to get new PCC from another country. I have already spent USD 600 to get this PCC....Moreover I am worried about the delay in process...

Dear friends,

I am from India.Today Called and CIC confirms my file transferred to Warsaw.Mine NOC-2172,PER 25/02/2015 and still not received AOR.

I am planing to move from number one indian IT company to other IT company. My Designation and role will change and by strange i accepted 2 LAKHS less salry for year(from 11 to 9 now- Is it create any suspicious in CIC).Since i am in bench recently many layoffs happened in my company and don't want to be a victim of process, so accepted it and not yet join new company.

1)Do i need to inform WARSAW VO?If yes when and how?Is that create any negative impact in terms of delay or rejection of PR.

2)From PER 25/02/2015 to Visa issued how many months will take?If it's below four months i may consider to continue the company and ready take risk.Since my company will send PR guys to canada projects. If it takes more than 5 months not sure when they again start layoff?

Hi

Yesterday, we sent our passports to CHC-Abudhabi. Now, we are awaiting the passports back after visa stamp. In May15, we would be permanently leaving Muscat to home country i.e. India. We intend to travel from Mumbai to Canada for landing (i.e. before school starts) in July15 last week. Funds requirement crossed my mind now, as to how to arrange and carry for landing.

Would like to know the following:

(a) What is the maximum amount of CASH (CAD or USD), one can carry from India to Canada for landing purpose.
(b) What is the maximum amount of DD/Travellers Cheques (CAD or USD), one can carry from India to Canada for landing purpose
(c) Is it the best way to make Demand Draft, in Muscat itself (for greater portion of funds requirement) in late May15, payable at Toronto, to avoid any regulatory /exchange issues while leaving India. Of course, this DD would be valid for 6 months.

(d) I have not been filing any Income Tax return in India because my total income in India do not exceeds maximum permissible income that attracts tax. In other words, I am NRI since 10 years.. Hence, I was not filing any income tax return. Would it be a problem? Does Chartered Accountant's certificate require to make DD of say CAD 15K?

We are family size of 4.

Your guidance would be a great help...

Thanks in advance

Regards

[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]Hi seniors, your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Is it possible that a June applicant is not yet assigned a VO at this time?

1.) I am an LVO June 7 applicant, received PER as at Oct. 15, 2014.
2.) Sent off CSE as of Nov. 17, 2014 and received a generic reply from Client service unit (CKB) that my file is either under review or awaiting review.
3.) Sent off a second CSE as of late Feb. 2014, received exact same generic reply from CKB.

Looking at the above, it seems my file is not even assigned to a VO yet since a VO has never replied.
I am wondering the cause of this delay, my documents are in both English and French. Could this be the cause? Is there any one in a similar situation?

Case looks strange.. Better to seek GCM Notes.. This will help you to know what are the notes on your application /file...

on: January 03, 2015, 08:33:55 am
For All My Friends who want to know about GCMS notes
(1) I am From India- But I applied through my Sister who is Canadian PR.

(2) If you apply directly @ https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip
it will cost you just 5$ and no fancy tags of 35$ or 50$ or whatever
because this is Canada's direct official site.

(3) Watch video @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_E_dq_uLVo
to know more about "How to send this request "

(4) It took exactly 30 days to get my reply.

(5) Strange thing is - i Applied on 3rd Dec, Report was prepared on 4th Dec but
they released it only on 3rd Jan.

(6) Very detailed report 46# pages in total, Full of information, Point calculations, What they
accepted, What they did not, Everything in detail.

Hello All,

I have a query if knowledgeable can answer.

After receiving PER, is it advisable to make an international trip of about 10-15 days as a tourist visit ?
Does that need to be informed to the VO and will a PCC be needed for that ?

Thanks

[size=12pt]I love to hear what you said bro, can you corroborate if you seriously think files bearing good documents and good points have been transferred?

Lately I was assuming that all applicants with PER from Jan have been transferred irrespective of any other criteria.
