Hi,

I have a question regarding divorce. I already have PER and waiting for MR. I have 72 pts, 5 for my wife's IELTS test.

Unfortunately, we are thinking of getting a divorce so, what should I do to inform my VO about these changes? Without the wife my application gets 67 pts.

Thanks.
YOU HAVE TO INFORM VO ,AFTER YOUR DIVORCE IS COMPLETE.AT STAGE OF PPR,YOU WILL GET A FORM ASKING FOR FAMILY DETAILS.

Divorce is a few months long legal process.

So until the divorce is done completely you need not mention anything about it.

Thinking about divorce and divorced are two different things.

But once you get divorce you have to raise a case specific enquiry and let your VO know about family composition change.

If you recieve PR before that then its well and good.

Medical confirmation letter in original or copy ? a copy

And also the cash paid receipts? No need for that.

I have got the medical test done of my child on the upfront medical basis ....

What docs should be sent for my child's medical ? for now just send a copy of Medical Confirmation letter for your child. BTW why did you opt for Upfront for your child?

Because I had been waiting for the medical request form for my child since 21ST Feb... (On 21st Feb THE DD sent to include my newborn child in my application was cashed by the NDVO...)

But no reply from their side .... Thats why I opted for upfront medical for my child...

Will it be an issue
??????????????

Hi Goku - I had a quick question. I completed my medical checkup on Feb 3, 2015. My third line is also updated. It was uploaded via eMedical. But I didn't receive any confirmation letter from the doctor. I sent to NDVO the receipt of the fees provided by the doctor's office of the Medical Checkup for 680 USD.

Should I ask the doctor's office for a confirmation letter even if it was eMedical?

Please let me know.
Thank you!
