This can be done by Canadian citizen or PR only. Correct? Or can we also do?

it needs to be done by Canadian citizen or pr. But we can use our contacts in Canada and get this done through them by providing their Id proof and authorisation letter. They can ask for it on your behalf

FYI, I landed in toronto 2 days ago.
got through customs and immigration pretty quick, no major questions.
provided immigration with copr document and address where pr card is to be sent.
next day went to SIN office to get sin number.

CanOl, as far as I know the 5$ option [GCMS Notes] is for those applying from within Canada. Correct me if I am wrong!

that's correct. But you can ask for gcms notes through someone already in Canada

you will get a third line as -medical results have been received -in about 7 to 10 days. The rprf/pcc receipt is not updated. You will have a courier delivery proof for that.RPRF if paid through dd,encashment can be confirmed by bank

Guys.. can a fsw transit through quebec (Montreal)?

If I book a ticket from Delhi -> London -> Montreal -> Ottawa, will it be a problem? My final port of entry is Ottawa (ON). but my question is, can I go through quebec (Montreal)?

transit through Montreal should be fine as long as landing formalities are outside Quebec.
