Did they mean in the from "IMM5562E - Your Travels" I missed something? I didn't miss anything so far I know. Should I scan my whole passport with Visas and send them?

==Original issue: I got the followoing email=======
Application # XXXXXXXXX

Dear APPLICANT,

This refers to your application for permanent residence as a member of the Skilled Worker Class in Canada. Your application and all of the documents you submitted in support of it have been reviewed and it appears that you may not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.

Section 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of IRPA.

I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by section 16(1) of IRPA which states that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

Specifically, I have concerns that you misrepresented information regarding you immigration history.

Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of IRPA. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five (5) years according to section 40(2)(a).

I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond to this information. You will have thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to submit additional information in this regard. Please respond by using the address in the signature block of this email and clearly indicate your application number for all correspondence. If responding by email, please scan and attach all documents to your email and indicate your application number in the subject line of your email.

If you do not respond to this request within thirty (30) days, your application will be assessed based on the information currently on file and may result in the refusal of your application.

Sincerely,

Hi Sir,

How they verified your job location and work experience, did anyone from your company informed you about it. (Directly or indirectly)

if yes what information they asked about you for verification?

Also did they come for physical verification?

I have already sent PCC along with the application, so does mean that my processing time should be less?

My HR told me someone visited already before PER, is it possible?

BEFORE PER,CIC CHECKS THE APPLICATION AND IF FOUND ELIGIBLE ,PER IS ISSUED.i THINK NO PHYSICAL VERIFICATION IS DONE. EVEN AT VO STAGE VERY FEW FILES ARE SUBJECTED TO PHYSICAL VERIFICATION.

Hi all!

I want to share that yesterday I have received the MR from Sao Paulo VO. 1 month after PER received. Spreadsheet already updated.

NOC 0013
Applic. Received: 05/11/2014
CC Charge: 08/01/2015
PER: 05/02/2015
MR: 04/03/2015

One piece of information I would like to share with the forum...

I was a Permanente Resident since 2009, but due to some circunstances I was not able to meet residency obligations and though my circunstances were of high importance to me and my family, both me and my lawyer did not believe it could serve to apply for extension under humanitarian and compassionante grounds, so I chose to re-apply from the scratch.

It did not come as a surprise but rather as a confirmation on how straight-forward and no-so-bureaucratic Canada can be when on March 3rd I get a call from the consulate indicating that they could not proceed with the assessment of my application as they actually could not grant me a right that I actually already had. Thus I would have 2 choices: request an assessment on compassionate/humanitarian grounds that could lead to a refusal or extension and second option to decline my PR status and waive my appeal rights to that status so that they could than evaluate my request.

On the same day I submitted my waiver and consent document and early morning yesterday they acknowledged its receipt and that I should wait for further notice. To my surprise less than 5 hours later I get the MR emails for me and my family. Way to go Canada!

Cheers to all and best of luck to all of us in our quests!!

Andre

if nothing has been hidden, inform them the same at the earliest and also ask them what they are exactly looking for. In that case, you have nothing to worry.

Should I send them the documents by email or courier? which one is best?

Aren't there any attachment included in the email? That might have some information on what misrepresentation the VO is refering to

what is the issue here? Is there any misrepresentation from your side?

Are you sure?? Was the VO of this applicant NDVO? Can you share his details?

As far as I know CIC takes 2-3 weeks to transfer a file to local VO and its only at VO stage that MR is issued. Also, any physical verification is done by local VO which is possible only once they have received the file from CIC.
